Mohan was amazing as he quickly realized the urgency of sending body to the deceased parents for mourning & last rites. He went mile ahead by convincing the airlines to have remains delivered to Indore city, usually the services weren’t there to the city. Also he helped the family by making sure required paperwork is completed through portals at each step. He was also proactively following up with me & family. Great service to mankind.
