“Team Aid was outstandingly helpful in handling my friend sudden dismissal and transfer him to India. They have pretty good experience on how to handle this kind of situation, they were always available on the phone, kind enough to respond to our basic questions. Particularly, Mohan – The president was very knowledgeable on the process and willing to expedite this in all possible ways and he did it. We were a little concerned about death certificates, he assured that it will be delivered during the ID viewing and it was delivered without any delay. Overall, the end to end process went really smooth.
