A 75-year-old gentleman suddenly suffered a severe heart attack, leaving his family in shock and anguish. Despite fighting bravely for several days in the hospital, he peacefully passed away, leaving behind a grieving family far from home. When the family reached out to TEAM Aid in their most vulnerable moment, our volunteers immediately stepped in with compassion and care, coordinating a dignified Hindu cremation — honoring his life and bringing comfort to those he left behind.

A 67-year-old grandmother traveled from India, heart full of pride, to witness her daughter’s graduation. That same evening, while walking together through Central Park, she suffered a sudden cardiac arrest and passed away at the hospital, leaving her daughter devastated and alone in a foreign land. TEAM Aid stepped in with unwavering compassion, managing every detail of repatriating her remains to Lucknow, India, in full accordance with her Islamic faith and traditions. A 40-year-old man tragically lost his life after being struck by a vehicle. A respectful Hindu funeral service was organized, honoring the individual’s traditions and ensuring a dignified farewell during this difficult time.

A 65-year-old woman was pronounced deceased by emergency responders, leaving her family in profound shock and grief. During this difficult time, TEAM Aid, in coordination with its partner organization TTA, extended compassionate support to the family and took charge of all necessary arrangements for the repatriation of her mortal remains to Hyderabad, India. Our volunteers stood by the family as an extended support system, ensuring that every step of the process was handled with care, dignity, and efficiency, allowing the family to focus on coping with their loss while we managed the logistics seamlessly.

TEAM Aid was called upon to support the family of a 28-year-old man who was found deceased at his place. In the wake of this sudden and heartbreaking loss, his family reached out for help in arranging a farewell that honored his faith and heritage. Even as authorities continue their investigation into the circumstances of his passing, our volunteers coordinated a dignified Hindu cremation in accordance with the family’s wishes — ensuring every ritual was carried out with care and respect during an extraordinarily difficult time.

User and Event Data Retention

User-level and event-level data associated with Google Analytics cookies is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted.

IP Anonymization

I have implemented IP Anonymization, simply put, the last three digits of your IP address are set to zeros in memory shortly after being sent to the Analytics Collection Network. The full IP address is never retained, or written to disk.
