It is important to note that our role primarily involves offering support and referrals to various business or professional services based on the specific needs of those seeking our assistance.

1. Referrals and Services:

While we strive to connect individuals with reputable service providers, TEAM Aid does not directly offer professional services. Consequently, we cannot assume responsibility for the delivery of services provided by the referred business entities. Our referrals are made based on community reviews or our previous experiences with their services. We make every effort to ensure that the referred entities offer quality services, but we do not exercise complete control over their business practices.

2. Disputes:

In the event of any disputes or issues arising from the services provided by the referred business entities, it is imperative to resolve them directly with the service provider. TEAM Aid acts as a facilitator and does not have authority or involvement in resolving such disputes. You, as the customer, maintain the responsibility for addressing any concerns with the service provider.

3. Compensation:

TEAM Aid operates on a non-profit basis and does not accept any form of compensation or commissions from the business entities to which we provide referrals. Our commitment is solely to the well-being of those seeking our assistance.

4. Advice and Assistance:

The advice, assistance, and information offered by TEAM Aid are provided with the understanding that we are not accountable for the outcomes resulting from their implementation. We are dedicated to supporting individuals in challenging circumstances but cannot guarantee specific results.

    User and Event Data Retention

    User-level and event-level data associated with Google Analytics cookies is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted.

    IP Anonymization

    I have implemented IP Anonymization, simply put, the last three digits of your IP address are set to zeros in memory shortly after being sent to the Analytics Collection Network. The full IP address is never retained, or written to disk.
