Team Aid, for help and support when you're in a foreign country

Global Crisis Support from local volunteers: As a non-profit organization, TEAM Aid supports families facing sudden loss or crisis far from home.

We provide comprehensive end-to-end guidance for body repatriation across India,  Asia, Europe, South America, and Africa, ensuring your loved ones are returned home with honor.

Navigating Difficult Times, Together:  Losing a loved one is hard enough. TEAM Aid provides direct, comprehensive support to handle every detail—reducing your stress, eliminating extra fees, and expediting the journey home.

Team Aid was founded in 2017 on one fundamental principle:

To help people living or traveling abroad that experience devastating circumstances that need assistance.

Team Aid is the only organization in the world exclusively incorporated to assist people in crisis-situations while traveling or living abroad.

TEAM Aid understands the challenges people face when far away from home – we strive to be your main point of contact during times of trauma, loss, or grief. Our comprehensive services include:

  • Logistics and guidance for transporting mortal remains overseas.
  • Arranging cost-effective, dignified cremations or burials, respecting religious customs.
  • Coordinating with friends, family, hospitals, funeral homes, airlines, embassies, and local communities.
  • Providing support in coping with critical situations.
  • Financial assistance for deserving Repatriations & Funerals.
  • Legal and professional guidance for matters related to death or immigration issues.
  • Count on TEAM Aid to be there for you, offering the support and solutions you need in difficult times.

We are a 501©(3), non-profit organization with an extensive social network. See our Mission Statement.

Our Volunteers Can Help

Team Aid volunteer coordinators are dedicated to supporting individuals and families in need, particularly when they lack local assistance or communication with their loved ones. Our main goal is to bridge the gap between your current location and your home. Our committed volunteers are always prepared to help in various emergency situations, working together as a team to provide the necessary resources for crisis mitigation.

Although our coordinators may not be able to meet family members or affected individuals in person in most cases, they remain fully capable of offering emotional and practical support through our network of partners. If you're interested in volunteering or becoming a local coordinator, we invite you to join our network. Sign up today for more information.

There is no membership fee to volunteer.

Help When You Need It

In today's global economy, more people are relocating far from home in search of opportunities, safety, and a better life. With the increase in migration and travel, the need for assistance during crises has also risen. Unfortunately, this includes situations involving death, where we can help arrange repatriation of deceased individuals overseas to be reunited with their families.

During times of tragedy, individuals often find themselves alone, without the support of their families in a foreign country. This lack of emotional and practical assistance only adds to their already difficult circumstances, leading to additional mental trauma and stress.

TEAM Aid's extensive network of local coordinators is always available to offer emotional support and lend a helping hand. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on our dedicated volunteers and funding from the public and business donors. Please consider making a donation today.
