The care of TEAM Aid in Foreign Country

A 60-year-old lady traveling to USA, unexpectedly collapsed at Newark Airport, during her transit to a domestic flight. She was rushed to the nearest hospital, but soon after pronounced dead. The EMR/Paramedics and the family suspected it was cardiac arrest. As soon as TEAM Aid was sought for help, we consoled the family, coordinated everything and boarded her mortal remains on a flight back to India in less than 30 hours after the death.

A 54-year-old healthy lady came home from routine grocery shopping and just a few minutes later she collapsed for an unknown reason. She was rushed to a local hospital and then airlifted to one of Brigham’s women’s hospital in Boston. Unfortunately, she had a ruptured aneurysm, which led to a serious brain hemorrhage and a day later she was pronounced brain dead. One of the family members contacted TEAM Aid. Rainbow Cup Tournament 2019

A group of young, mostly IT professionals have been organizing a regional Volleyball and Women's Throwball tournament again this year. This particular event, "Where Sports meets Charity" is to raise funds for a charitable cause. All the net proceeds go to TEAM Aid's service activities. Rainbow Cup has been supporting TEAM aid for the last three consecutive years. This tournament, as usual, expected more than 400 people consisting of 40 plus teams.
