A 26-year-old recent graduate from India tragically lost her life in a fatal automobile accident. The sudden loss has left her family and loved ones heartbroken. During this incredibly difficult time, TEAM Aid, in coordination with the Consulate General of India in New York, provided compassionate support and guided the family through the repatriation process. Her mortal remains were transported with dignity and respect to her hometown of Ummadivaram, near Vinukonda, Andhra Pradesh, India, so she could be laid to rest among her loved ones. We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family and friends.

A 78-year-old visiting parent from India sadly passed away after suffering an unexpected brain stroke. His sudden passing brought immense grief to his family during what was meant to be a joyful visit. TEAM Aid stood beside his loved ones, offering compassionate guidance and coordinating the dignified repatriation of his mortal remains to his hometown of Huzurnagar, Telangana, India. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and pray that they find strength and comfort during this difficult time

A devastating house fire destroyed the home of six recent Indian graduates, leaving them displaced and without most of their personal belongings. Thankfully, everyone escaped safely, and their essential documents were preserved. TEAM Aid immediately reached out to provide support. Along with the landlord, who arranged temporary housing, TEAM Aid supplied groceries, clothing, kitchen essentials, laptops for three students, and a mobile phone for another. The Consulate General of India also extended its support. TEAM Aid remains committed to helping them recover with compassion, dignity, and hope.

A 27-year-old young man sadly passed away after a courageous battle with tuberculosis (TB). Because TB is an infectious disease, international regulations did not permit the repatriation of his mortal remains. During this heartbreaking time, TEAM Aid, with the support of the Consulate General of India in San Francisco, coordinated a dignified Hindu cremation and arranged for his cremated ashes to be transported to his family in India. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his loved ones and remain committed to supporting families with compassion, dignity, and respect during their time of loss.

Our volunteers coordinated the dignified transportation of her mortal remains to her native village near Alappuzha, Kerala, India, ensuring she could make her final journey home with the utmost care, respect, and dignity.

With heavy hearts, we share the tragic loss of a 23-year-old member of our community, who drowned while bravely attempting to save another person’s life. His selflessness in his final moments will not be forgotten. TEAM Aid is working closely with the family to coordinate the repatriation of his mortal remains to his hometown of Karnal, Haryana, India, so that he may be laid to rest among loved ones. We extend our deepest condolences to his family and friends during this unimaginable time, and we’re honored to support them through this process.

Google Analytics

User and Event Data Retention

User-level and event-level data associated with Google Analytics cookies is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted.

IP Anonymization

I have implemented IP Anonymization, simply put, the last three digits of your IP address are set to zeros in memory shortly after being sent to the Analytics Collection Network. The full IP address is never retained, or written to disk.
