I am deeply grateful to Team Aid for their compassion during one of the most difficult times of my life. After my friend passed away in a tragic car accident, we needed help sending his body back to India, and I had no idea how to manage the process. When I contacted Team Aid, I was quickly connected with Mr. Mohan, who was kind, reassuring, and handled everything from paperwork to transportation. Despite many flights being canceled due to the war, he arranged road transport from Virginia to JFK Airport so my friend could be sent home without delay. He also changed my friend’s second flight from Delhi to an earlier time, so that he could be sent home to Goa as quickly as possible. In moments of deep sorrow and personal loss, it is often the kindness of others that becomes a source of strength and hope. Today, I write with profound gratitude and admiration to congratulate and honor the remarkable members of TEAM AID for their extraordinary support in helping me receive the mortal remains of my beloved brother, Ruben Benjamin, from the United States to India. What TEAM AID has done for my family goes far beyond duty—it is a reflection of true humanity in action. Their readiness of mind, combined with their kind-hearted and compassionate nature, stood out at every step of this difficult journey. In a time when we were emotionally broken and uncertain, they stepped in with clarity, commitment, and unwavering support. Their approach was not just professional, but deeply personal. I have implemented IP Anonymization, simply put, the last three digits of your IP address are set to zeros in memory shortly after being sent to the Analytics Collection Network. The full IP address is never retained, or written to disk.
