I would like to express my sincerest gratitude for Mr Mohan Nannapaneni who took my call and told me he would be my family and help me get my mother back home for her last rites. He took care of everything and patiently answered all my questions. He ensured that everything was taken care off every stop of the way. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I cannot express my gratitude in words.

Mohan Garu / Team Aid, Words fall short in expressing our deepest, most profound thanks for the extraordinary compassion you showed our family during difficult time. When my brother-in-law Jitender suddenly passed away in Atlanta on March 11, 2026, we were clueless in Hyderabad, lost, overwhelmed, and helpless.
You and Your Team Mohan Garu, stepped in like guardian angels: coordinating the cremation with unwavering efficiency, securing his ashes for safe transport, and tirelessly helping us obtain vital documents like the attested death certificate . From the first call to final handover, your empathy, professionalism, and dedication made this possible. You turned unimaginable grief into dignified closure.
Your selfless service didn’t just help us logistically—it restored our faith in humanity. Jitender’s ashes reached us safely in Hyderabad for rituals and your support empowered us to honor his memory properly. We will forever cherish and share your kindness.
To every volunteer of Team Aid: You are true heroes. Keep shining- If there’s any way to contribute or spread your mission, count us in.

I am deeply grateful to Team Aid for their compassion during one of the most difficult times of my life. After my friend passed away in a tragic car accident, we needed help sending his body back to India, and I had no idea how to manage the process.
When I contacted Team Aid, I was quickly connected with Mr. Mohan, who was kind, reassuring, and handled everything from paperwork to transportation. Despite many flights being canceled due to the war, he arranged road transport from Virginia to JFK Airport so my friend could be sent home without delay. He also changed my friend’s second flight from Delhi to an earlier time, so that he could be sent home to Goa as quickly as possible.
My family and friends are truly thankful to Mr. Mohan and the entire Team Aid team for their kindness and support during such a painful time. May God bless you all. 🙏

In moments of deep sorrow and personal loss, it is often the kindness of others that becomes a source of strength and hope. Today, I write with profound gratitude and admiration to congratulate and honor the remarkable members of TEAM AID for their extraordinary support in helping me receive the mortal remains of my beloved brother, Ruben Benjamin, from the United States to India.
What TEAM AID has done for my family goes far beyond duty—it is a reflection of true humanity in action. Their readiness of mind, combined with their kind-hearted and compassionate nature, stood out at every step of this difficult journey. In a time when we were emotionally broken and uncertain, they stepped in with clarity, commitment, and unwavering support.
Their approach was not just professional, but deeply personal. Each member displayed a studious and attentive nature, carefully handling every detail, ensuring that no aspect was overlooked. Their timely actions and constant follow-ups made what seemed impossible, possible. They worked with precision, urgency, and care—qualities that truly define selfless service.
TEAM AID’s service is not merely an organizational effort; it is a mission driven by empathy and love for humanity. Their attitude towards helping others is truly inspiring. They did not treat us as strangers, but embraced us like family. In our darkest hour, they stood beside us—like a father offering strength, like a brother sharing the burden, and like a mother providing comfort and care to the helpless.
Such dedication and compassion cannot be measured in words alone. It is rare to find individuals and teams who embody such noble values in today’s world. TEAM AID has set an example of what it means to serve humanity with sincerity and heart.
On behalf of my entire family, I extend my deepest thanks and heartfelt congratulations to each and every member of TEAM AID. May your good work continue to touch many more lives, and may you be abundantly blessed for the comfort and hope you bring to those in need.
With sincere gratitude,
— Sherry Benjamin
