Due to ongoing Covid Crisis there were shortage of all Funeral services Mr. Mohan went out of his way to help find all services and arrange them so that it was all taken care of. Mr. Mohan went over and beyond to provide excellent services when we were totally in shock and did not know who to approach and what were the next steps. Mr. Mohan and all the people he referred to were genuine, kind and very considerate. My dad’s passing was shocking and sudden for the whole family. We were on vacation; he was standing and then he wasn’t. Through this shock and extreme grief while in a foreign country, we had no idea what to do or where to go. Mohan Nannapaneni walked us through the entire process with extreme patience and compassion. Explained all the options we had in terms of taking dad back home or cremating here, connected us to funeral homes, gave us relevant documents to fill. At this time, such guidance was instrumental. We would’ve been lost without it. Thanks to him we’ve completed the procedures and are on the way back home. Thank you, Mohan, for everything you helped us with. LK was extremely helpful in handling the whole process and coordination beginning with giving advice/ walking through the whole process and hand holding the family and other parities involved. Though the family changed mind on where to perform last rites, LK seamlessly guided us throughout. Due to his flexibility, ability to coordinate and personal attention, we were able to do the funeral and last rites in a timely manner.
