My brother passed away on the 14th of May 2022, I and my parents were in a helpless situation about the procedure for transporting and formalities until we got in touch with TEAM Aid coordinators Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni & Mr. Arun Vellanki. They took care of everything from arranging death certificates to coordinating with Embassy, Airlines, and transporting.  Thank you so much for the incredible support you have provided us, we are forever grateful for guiding us in these difficult times. Special thanks to Mr. Mohan for constantly staying in touch with us and patiently updating everything that’s taking place over there until we got our brother’s remains. Also, we cannot possibly appreciate the team and Mr.Mohan for transporting his remains within a short period of time. — Yamini

On 20th April, my uncle passed away due to cardiac arrest. He was living in the US all alone for the last 45 years. Our family back in India had no clue on how to proceed with the final rites. That’s when we got in touch with Mr. Mohan from Team Aid org who patiently understood our situation and guided us in every step. From arranging a funeral for my uncle to ensuring his ashes are sent back to India, everything was coordinated perfectly. We don’t know if we will ever be able to return the favor but this entire episode has made us forever grateful to this wonderful org. This act of kindness and service shows how big of a heart Mr. Mohan and his team have for others whom they have never even met. What we truly appreciate about this group is the ability to anticipate what we need and offer before we even think to ask for help. A young couple died on 2nd May. We got this team contact on Tuesday evening. This team started their process on Wednesday, worked with Funeral homes, Government authorities, and was able to get clearance and send both of their bodies on Monday. Just in 4-6 days, all the legal process is done. Amazing service, appreciate the team effort. Great help for us and victims’ families. — Ganeshkumar Anbumani

My sincere thanks to TEAM Aid for coordinating the transporting activity of my friend who died here in the US. TEAM Aid did excellent work in transporting the bodies to India. They were always ahead of us in the process, and sometimes we tried hard to keep up with their pace. The whole process was completed in less than a week which is much appreciated. My thanks to Mohan for helping us with this and giving huge relief to families in India to get the bodies. Please keep up the good work and the help you are doing is phenomenal.
