The incident happened on November 2nd 2025 in Boston, MA, USA. Mr.Ravi was at his home with his family. He had a heart attack and collapsed at home. They ER took him to the hospital but was unable to save him. The family had reached out to few people on enquiries of the procedure to transport the body back to his native place in Kerala, India. The suggestion was to reach out to Mohan and TeamAid to help with the proceedings. Mohan was really respectful and kind enough to take-up the request and helped with all the paperworks from the hospital, the funeral home also co-ordinated with the Indian Consulate in NY and was able to expedite and get the body transported through Emirates in a matter of days. The incident was unexpected to the family and in no way they would be able to get this process done without the help of such dedicated volunteers. I really appreciate the efforts made by Mohan to explain and walk through the process and help hundreds and thousands of people at these difficult time. This a testimony of a close friend of the family who witnessed the entire process. Thanks again Mohan and TeamAid for your great service to our society.

We’re really grateful to have come across Team Aid online after the tragic loss of our cousin, Deepa, who had been in America working hard for two years with the view of bringing his family over in the future. From the moment we spoke with Mohan we were reassured that Team Aid would be able to bring his body back to India so that we could give him the send off he deserved. Mohan’s communication was clear and compassionate throughout the entire process. Thank you again to Team Aid, we wouldn’t have known where to start without them and are grateful a charity like this exists.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mohan Nannapaneni for his invaluable support during one of the most painful times of my life. When my cousin tragically passed away in the United States, our family was devastated and lost about how to bring his ashes back home to India.
Mohan from TeamAid stood by us – guiding us through the complex documentation procedures, he coordinated with the concerned authorities, by ensuring that all formalities were completed with care and compassion. Once all the required documentations were done, he made sure the ashes reached us safely.
Thanks to his dedication and humanity, we were finally able to perform the Ashti Puja and Visarjan, giving my cousin the peace he truly deserved.
I will always remain deeply grateful to Mohan and his team from TeamAid, for their kindness, support, and genuine empathy during this difficult journey..
Thankyou Again!!

When my father recently passed away, dealing with the logistics of transporting his remains to India was overwhelming. Teamaid.org was recommended to us directly by the Consulate, which gave us immediate confidence.
The organization’s founder Mohan Nannapaneni provided essential and straightforward support during this difficult time. He was always available over the phone and greatly eased our anxieties by answering all questions promptly. They quickly connected us with the right funeral home, simplifying the entire process. Crucially, Mohan and his team helped us expertly navigate the necessary consulate and county clearances, ensuring they were obtained fast.
Teamaid’s efficiency and Mohan’s personal involvement removed a significant source of stress and logistical hurdles during a challenging period. We are deeply grateful for their prompt and effective help.
