Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni from Team Aid was recommended to us by one of our close family friends in Seattle & close relative of my aunt in India. My nephew died unexpectedly in the Boston area. My nephew’s parents are in India, and I was one of the family members notified. We had to quickly take action to ensure his safe return to India. Mohan arrived on the scene and provided much-needed emotional support as well as exceptional guidance on the next steps. The complicated process to get my nephew to India included coordinating with the hospital, local authorities, the Chief of Medical Examiner office, Funeral homes in Boston & New York, the Indian embassy, Airport authorities, and the family back in India. Mohan’s expertise and empathic approach to the situation enabled us to safely return my deceased nephew to India in a timely fashion. Our family will be forever grateful for his and Team Aid’s assistance during an incredibly challenging time. Sometimes we meet people who do an unforgettable favor to us, and we owe them a lifetime for what they’ve done. The above words describe my acquaintance with Mr. Nannapaneni Mohan. While my family was mourning the death of my cousin in the US, I was totally clueless about the proceedings. That’s when I got to know about a foundation called Team Aid, founded by Nannapaneni Mohan. Staying geographically apart and losing a person on the other side of the world is a tragedy that puts a big question mark on the family, whether they can see their loved one for one last time or not. We were facing the same situation, but Mohan and his team lent their helping hand and assured me that my cousin’s body would reach India in earliest as possible. They took care of all medical procedures, packing the body safely, and all other embassy-related procedures. Yesterday, we’ve bid a final goodbye to my cousin in India, and without Nannapaneni Mohan Garu and TEAM Aid’s help. It wouldn’t have been possible. TEAM Aid has a great vision, the team is committed to its goals.
