My husband and I wouldn’t have been able to navigate this nightmare without the constant help, continuous support, care, and guidance bestowed by Mohan ji, and his team mates of Team Aid. We are still traumatized by the horrific nature of the incident where we lost my husband’s parents on our way to a vacation… However the immense kindness showed by Team Aid reinstated our faith in humanity. God bless all.
With profound gratitude,

I don’t have the words to express the extraordinary effort undertaken by Mohanji and his organisation, or the incredible support I received during the most difficult time of my life.
From coordinating the transfer of my mother’s body from the hospital morgue to the funeral home, handling all the federal and Indian Consulate documentation, arranging the airline transportation, and ensuring everything was received smoothly in India, every step was managed with exceptional care and professionalism. They made an incredibly overwhelming process feel effortless, allowing me to spend my time remembering my mother and cherishing the beautiful moments we shared, rather than worrying about logistics.
No words are sufficient to thank Mohanji and his organisation. What they offer goes far beyond a service—it is genuine human kindness, compassion, and selfless support when it is needed most.
Thank you a million times, Mohanji. I will remain forever grateful. I will think of you all whenever I think of my mother.

When we lost Owais so suddenly and far from home, our family felt completely helpless — no relatives nearby, an ocean between us, and no idea where to even begin.
TEAM Aid changed that from the very first call. Under Mohanji’s leadership, and with Dr. Naveen’s steady support throughout, they moved with a swiftness we didn’t think was possible — coordinating with the consulate, guiding us through every document, and never once making us feel like we were navigating this alone. What struck us most was their willingness — not once did we sense hesitation or a task being ‘too much.’
In the most painful days of our lives, TEAM Aid gave us back a sense of control, and brought Owais home to his family in Kerala. We will forever be grateful for what they do, quietly and selflessly, for families like ours.

My father travelled from India and experienced severe cardiac arrest upon a few days of travel, and he passed away on July 5. We wanted to take his mortal remains to India and perform the cremation there. We had no knowledge of the process and TeamAid came to our rescue and they sent us the paper work right away to take our dad’s body to the funeral home and embalm it, and they handled everything from NOC from Embassy, flight travel to India to handling of the mortal remains in India. We are extremely grateful for the support received by TeamAid and Mohan Nannapaneni garu for coordinating the efforts and helping us in the time of deep sorrow for us.

I cannot express how grateful we are for finding this service. Everything was handled so quickly and seamlessly during one of the most difficult times for our family.
When the incident happened on June 22 at 2:30 PM CST, we were completely shocked, nervous, and unsure of what to do next. Within less than a day, by the afternoon of June 23, the team had provided us with complete clarity on the process, next steps, and expected timeline. That guidance brought us immense peace of mind during a very emotional time.
Mohan Garu was incredibly supportive throughout the journey. He patiently answered all of our questions and was always available whenever we needed help. His compassion and professionalism made a world of difference to our family.
We were able to take my father-in-law back home within just five days, which was truly remarkable. Although a funeral home slot could not be secured initially, the team explored multiple alternatives and worked tirelessly to ensure everything moved forward smoothly and that our family was in a stable position as quickly as possible.
This service touched the hearts of everyone in our family, both here and back home. We are deeply thankful to Mohan Garu and the entire AID team for their kindness, dedication, and unwavering support. Thank you for everything—you helped us navigate an incredibly difficult situation with care, clarity, and compassion, and we will always be grateful. ❤️

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional support and assistance provided during one of the most difficult times for our gurdwara community. Following the sudden passing of our Sikh priest, his family wished for his body to be transported to India so that his final rites and cremation could be performed according to their wishes. The process involved extensive documentation, legal requirements, and financial coordination, and we were unfamiliar with how to proceed.
We are incredibly grateful to TEAM AID for their outstanding support throughout this entire process. A special thank you to Mohan Nannapaneni, who stood by us every step of the way. He took responsibility for the procedures, guided us through every formality, and made a difficult situation much easier for our community and the priest’s family. His compassion, and dedication were truly invaluable.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the Indian Consulate and the Ministry of External Affairs for their assistance and support. They were available to help us even during weekends and outside normal business hours, which meant a great deal to us during this difficult time.
Finally, we would like to thank the Rajasthan Association of North America for their continuous support and kindness throughout this process.
On behalf of our entire gurdwara community, we extend our gratitude to everyone who assisted us during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
— Gurdwara Dukhnivaran Yonkers Sangat and Committee
