I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Team Aid for their support during the difficult process of repatriating Chandan’s mortal remains from Canada to India. The Team Aid volunteers provided valuable guidance and coordination throughout the process, helping connect us with the appropriate service providers and advising on the documentation and procedures required for international repatriation. Their experience in handling such situations helped us navigate a complex process during a very emotional time. The on-ground arrangements with the funeral home and airline were handled professionally by Harminder and his team at Lotus Funeral Services, and Team Aid’s coordination and support played an important role in ensuring the overall process moved smoothly. While visiting us here in the United States, my dad passed away suddenly and peacefully due to a cardiac arrest. It was one of the most painful and unexpected moments of our lives. In that state of shock and grief, I contacted Mr. Mohan. He gently assured me, “I will take care of everything and make sure to bring your dad back home to India.” True to his word, he and his team stood by us and fulfilled that promise.
