When my brother-in-law passed away in the United States, the process of bringing his mortal remains back to India felt overwhelming and complicated. His efforts ensured that the repatriation was handled much faster and smoother than we could have ever imagined. Beyond the logistics, his empathy and constant communication gave us immense comfort and peace of mind.

I can’t express enough my appreciation and gratitude for the TeamAid team and Mr. Mohan in particular. Our beloved Siddharth passed away suddenly. We were at our wits end on how to move his body to India for his last rites.
Through multiple referrals we were introduced to Teamaid and Mr. Mohan. From the get go, Mr. Mohan was on point coordinating with different local departments, Indian embassy and airlines to ship his body to India.
We’ve all heard about the harrowing experience families face during their time of need due to the exhaustive processes and bureaucracy.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional volunteer, Mohan Sir who helped us during one of the most difficult times of our lives. When we faced the heartbreaking loss of a relative and needed to transport the deceased back to India, Mohan Sir went above and beyond in every possible way.
From the very beginning, his professionalism and empathy were evident. He guided us through every step of the process with clarity and patience, ensuring that we understood all the necessary arrangements and paperwork. He handled every detail with the utmost care, and despite the complex logistics involved in repatriating a deceased person, he made the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Even when booking the flights, the route was not direct, but he worked diligently to ensure it was rerouted for a direct connection, all while making sure the deceased arrived on time.

Words truly fall short in expressing our heartfelt gratitude to Shri Mohan Nannapaneni garu and the entire Teamaid team for the extraordinary support they provided during the most difficult time of our lives. From the very beginning, Mohan garu took complete responsibility with utmost compassion, care, and dedication.
Mohan Nannapaneni garu and his team meticulously handled every aspect—from arranging the funeral services, completing all required paperwork with the county and state, securing approvals from the Indian Consulate, and arranging airline tickets, to ensuring the safe transportation of the mortal remains from Boston to Hyderabad. Even beyond this, their arrangements continued in India, where they ensured an ambulance was ready to take the body of Shri Lokesh Patibandla to his hometown, Marturu, Andhra Pradesh.
This seamless coordination across two countries and the flawless execution of such a sensitive and complex process reflect not just professionalism, but a level of humanity and service that is truly rare. The empathy, promptness, and tireless efforts shown by Mohan garu and his team gave us immense relief and comfort at a time when we felt helpless.
We remain forever indebted to Mohan garu and Teamaid for standing beside us and treating this responsibility as their own family duty. Their service is beyond commendable—it is truly divine.

Before this experience, I had only heard about the work of Telugu community organizations. I knew they helped people, but I had no idea of the true scale and sacred nature of their service until I witnessed it firsthand.
When my family faced the sudden loss of a loved one, we were completely lost and overwhelmed. But from the moment we reached out, Mohan Garu became our angel in action. He provided expert guidance on every single logistical detail, from the hospital to the funeral home, and even arranged an ambulance to the village. He was with us every moment, guiding us with all the documentation and responding to our calls and messages, even in the middle of the night.
He went above and beyond, getting a critical embassy document done in just a few minutes in the late evening. His unwavering compassion is something words can’t fully express. He personally visited us, providing a level of comfort and support that is simply priceless. I have seen what a profound service he is doing and how many lives he is touching. He is a true blessing to those in their most difficult moments.
