That is what Mr. Mohan and his team were for us in that bizarre week in April 2021, when we lost our colleague. I lost my beloved husband. I was deeply in shock. TEAM Aid guided me throughout the process, end to end from the documentation, funeral home, and cremation.  From the bottom of my heart, I and my family and my friends thank the entire TEAM for their help and financial support through the hardship time. A heartfelt thank you to the Team Aid organization for their timely and substantial financial contribution towards the cremation of Mrs. Sri’s mother-in-law, who passed away suddenly at home in late April. This is the third death in the immediate family that Mrs. Sri is single-handedly dealing within the last two years, having already lost her husband and father-in-law. By stepping in within 24 hours and cutting a check towards cremation expenses, Team Aid has provided prompt relief to this grieving mother and two children in their time of distress. I would like to thank TEAM Aid for their kind support during our saddest moment. Like anyone else, I was completely clueless on how to proceed in transporting the remains of my nephew. Dr. Ali’s death was a big shock to the friends and family in India and the USA. We never handle a situation like this before and really panicked. One of our friends recommended reaching out to TEAM Aid. Turn around time from Team Aid is very impressive. Mohan Nannapaneni came like an angel in the hardest time and took over all the responsibilities and streamlined everything in no time. He balanced friends and family keeping in view the tradition to follow without giving an opportunity for an error. He gave a lot of strength to the family back in India and assured them that Dr. Ali’s mortal remains will reach home without any hurdles. TEAM Aid’s service is incredible.
