I am extremely grateful for the support and assistance offered by Mr. Mohan and his team after sudden passing away of my mother in New York. She was on a tourist visit and had a cardiac arrest. After speaking to many funeral homes, when we heard from Mr Mohan we knew that we have found the right person. I called him late into the midnight and he answered the call in one ring, next morning he called us 6.30 am to start with the process so we can bring my mother back to India at the earliest. He not only understood the situation we were in, but also was empathetic about it.
He was extremely prompt and guided us at every step to repatriate my mother in the shortest time possible. He coordinated with the Indian embassy to arrange the necessary paperwork even though it was a weekend. We were done with all the necessary documentation by early evening and now only had to wait to board the flight back to india.
Special thanks to the Indian Embassy in New York for accommodating us on a weekend.
Heartfelt thankyou to the Mr. Edwin from the Funeral Home recommended by Mr Mohan. I have never met such a patient and humble person before. They took care of my mother while we were getting the documentation done and gave us an update at every step right from picking up my mother from the hospital to the point where she was sent to the airport for her return. They are very humble and very caring people.
The whole team is doing a great service to the mankind, silently and with empathy, dignity and humility. My best of wishes to Mr Mohan Nannapaneni and his team. They truly are doing a selfless job and deserve all the appreciation that they can get.

I am so thankful for TeamAid. The sudden death of my brother turned my world upside down. He was away in Hawaii and when we got the bill to bring him home. Mr. Mohan was kind and answered all my questions. He moved swiftly to assist to pay for my brothers flight back to the states. I am so thankful for this organization. Blessings.

When my brother passed away on May 29th, I was completely devastated and lost. I found myself at a funeral home in a remote, countryside town where nobody—including the staff there—knew how the repatriation process worked to send his body back to India. I spent hours frantically googling and calling different organizations like TANA and NATA, but got nowhere. Everything changed the moment I got in touch with Mohan Nannapaneni sir from Team Aid. Even though it was the very night of my brother’s passing, he immediately stepped in, reassured me, and took complete control of the situation. From that nightmare of a night onward, Mohan sir handled every single detail with the utmost professionalism and genuine care. He gave me the peace of mind I so desperately needed and made sure my brother was brought back home to India exactly within the timeframe he promised. I will forever be grateful to Mohan sir and Team Aid for standing by me when I needed it most.

It is with profound sadness that I share the tragic loss of my elder brother’s grandson, Anshul, a bright and promising young man. An engineering graduate from CBIT Hyderabad, he worked with renowned companies such as Amazon and IBM before moving to the United States to pursue his Master’s degree at Drexel University in Philadelphia.
After successfully completing his studies, he was working diligently while exploring career opportunities. Tragically, during a pizza delivery in North Philadelphia, he was ambushed, robbed, and fatally shot. The sudden and senseless loss of such a talented young life has left our entire family devastated.
Back home in India, family members were desperately waiting to see him one last time. His grieving parents were inconsolable, pleading for their beloved son to be brought home so they could bid him a final farewell. During this unimaginable hour of agony, we were blessed to come across Team Aid and Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni.
Mohan Garu was truly a God sent savior. From the moment he contacted us, he stood firmly by our side and worked tirelessly to make things happen in the shortest possible time. He guided us through every step of the process, remained in constant touch throughout the ordeal, and continued helping us even over the weekend without hesitation. His compassion, dedication, and commitment provided immense comfort to our family during our darkest days.
We offer our heartfelt gratitude and deepest respect to Mohan Nannapaneni and Team Aid. Because of their extraordinary efforts, Anshul’s final journey was carried out with dignity and peace, and we were able to bring him home and perform his last rites in time.
Our family will forever remain grateful for their kindness, support, and selfless service.

Thanks to their tireless efforts, Anshul was brought back to India in record time. Furthermore, their immense generosity in sponsoring the entire process alleviated a massive burden on our family. My father in law passed away suddenly during his visit to US. On top of the grief, we had no clue on the processes and procedures for handling the post death events. It was a lot to handle. One of my friends directed me to Team Aid.
And that’s when lot of burden got off. Mr. Mohan provided the response with all the relevant support.
First and foremost, the assurance that we got from him on the things to do and NOT to do was helpful. Additionally, he gave us two documents to fill and he took care of booking the funeral house and appointments. Apparently getting Funeral house appointment within a short notice is extremely tough and we being from Hindu religion, the list was even limited.
But Mr. Mohan simply took care of it and all that we had to do was make the payment to the Funeral Home and be there to perform our rituals.
He was available, handy and extremely supportive. The service that Team Aid is providing is amazing and no words can be sufficient to commend the great service that they are doing.
I have forwarded their reference to a few that were in need and will eternally remain thankful to them.
