We finally gave my brother peace with all the respect he deserved. TeamAid came together as a group and offered assistance in every possible manner that touched our hearts profoundly. Whether it was through financial contributions, emotional support, or simply being there to listen, the actions have made an immense difference during this difficult time. Words cannot adequately convey the depth of my appreciation for TeamAid’s selflessness and compassion. The generosity not only helped to bring our brother home but also provided a source of solace and comfort for us. Please know that your kindness will forever be remembered and cherished. Amid sorrow, your acts of kindness have shone brightly as beacons of hope and solidarity. You all have truly exemplified the power of community and the beauty of humanity. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart, for being there for us when we needed it the most. — Sangeeta Sahoo

You people were really a god’s gift to us at that time after incident. Otherwise we wouldn’t have received them as fast as now. Really heartfelt thanks to entire team. — Dr. Naveen Mukka

Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni and Mr. Srinivas Jarugula came forward upon knowing about Amir Jamadars sudden death. They stood besides me to complete everything. I did not even had to worry about everything. On his family’s behalf and myself as well we are so much grateful to you Mr. Mohan and Mr. Srinivas and the whole of Team aid for all you did. God bless ! — Delwin Thoduparambil

LK was extremely helpful in handling the whole process and coordination beginning with giving advice/ walking through the whole process and hand holding the family and other parities involved. Though the family changed mind on where to perform last rites, LK seamlessly guided us throughout. Due to his flexibility, ability to coordinate and personal attention, we were able to do the funeral and last rites in a timely manner. He helped the family in a very tough situation and ensured a great send off for the deceased. The family is very grateful for it. Thank you LK and Team AID. — Gowtham Vemulapalli

Having lived in Silicon Valley for more than 25 years, we were unprepared when my mother suddenly died. She was very religious, and our wish was to do the final rites at Haridwar in India. My cousin saw the reference for TeamAid in facebook groups. We contacted Mohan and he was helpful from the first call we did with him. He explained the entire steps calmly, send us the forms electronically. He explained different local vendors and government agencies involved in completing this process. I was surprised how someone can be so kind and helpful without any economic motive. Just for my satisfaction, I checked some local funeral homes. Most of them are not capable of doing this entire process to transfer to India. With Mohan help at each step we were able to achieve it to final destination in shortest time. I am truly impressed with the TeamAid dedication especially Mohan and I am hoping my mother is blessing them all from the heaven for the great selfless work they are doing. — Pankaj Gupta

When the brilliant Indian classical dancer, Amarnath Ghosh, was murdered on the street in St. Louis, Missouri, soon to complete his MFA degree, TEAMAid provided invaluable support. The case was complicated due to many issues: information about the case was not provided in a timely fashion by the St. Louis Police, the mourners at WashU were struggling as individuals without immediate support from the university. Amarnath had no family members in the U.S. and both of his parents were deceased in India. His closest relation was his partner in India who, luckily, had obtained a US Visa, anticipating a trip to St. Louis to celebrate his partner’s graduation which would have happened in May. To add to the complexity of the case, an uncle in India who, it appeared, had little to do with Amarnath during his lifetime, suddenly claimed authority over the body and assets, property. TEAMAid intervened with grace and care in negotiating between Amarnath’s partner, who the University sponsored in coming to St. Louis, and the uncle, reaching unexpectedly satisfactory results. The entire situation would have dissolved into chaos were it not for Mohan Nannapaneni and the team of volunteers at TEAMAid. Gratitude in abundance is due on the part of all involved. — Jonathan Hollander, New York

During the time in which my family was experiencing a death, this team had made the funeral process much easier. Helping us immediately and allowing family members in India to say their finally goodbyes was not possible without this team. We will always be thankful of how efficient the TEAM work and how supportive they were in the time of need. — Lakhwinder Singh
