Our church family would like to express our deepest gratitude to TeamAID and especially Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni for the extraordinary support they provided during one of the most difficult times of our lives.
My uncle was living alone in the United States when he unexpectedly passed away. As family members in India, we were devastated and overwhelmed by the complicated procedures involved in transporting his mortal remains back home. During this challenging time, TeamAID became a source of strength and reassurance for our family.
Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni and the TeamAID volunteers took complete ownership of the process and handled all the formalities from start to finish. They coordinated with the relevant authorities, managed the documentation, obtained the necessary clearances, and arranged for the transportation of my uncle’s remains to India through a cargo flight. Their professionalism, compassion, and constant communication gave us immense peace of mind.
What makes TeamAID’s service even more remarkable is that all of this assistance was provided completely free of cost. Their selfless dedication to serving families in distress is truly inspiring and reflects the noble mission of the organization.
We are sincerely thankful to Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni for his kindness, responsiveness, and unwavering support throughout the entire process. Because of TeamAID’s efforts, we were able to bring my uncle home with dignity and perform the final rites with our family.
We will always remain grateful to TeamAID and wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of assistance during such difficult circumstances.
With heartfelt appreciation,
Baulraj

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team for the incredible support they provided after the fire accident. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, your kindness and quick response made a huge difference.
A special thanks to Mohan Nannapaneni Sir who responded immediately without hesitation. He took the initiative to help us when we urgently needed it. He arranged essential items, including a kitchen setup, a laptop for our use, a mobile phone for one of our friends who had lost everything, and food to ensure we could get through the first few days after the incident.
The entire team’s compassion, generosity, and willingness to help us recover during such a challenging situation will never be forgotten. Your support gave us hope and helped us begin rebuilding our lives after the fire.
Thank you, Mohan Nannapaneni Sir and the entire team, for standing by us when we needed it the most. We are truly grateful for your kindness, generosity, and selfless service.

From the very first step — arranging to pick up his body from the hospital — through every stage of the process, all the way to the funeral and finally sending him home to India, one member of your team, Mohan Ji, stood by us with a level of care and dedication that went far beyond his role.
What made the biggest difference was how he kept us informed at every single step. He never let us feel lost or alone in the process — he was constantly updating us, explaining what was happening, and making sure we understood and were comfortable with each decision. In a period filled with grief and uncertainty, that consistency and transparency brought us real peace of mind.
He handled everything with such care, speed, and safety that it genuinely felt like we had a family member guiding us through it. That kind of compassion is rare, and it made an unbearably painful time just a little more bearable for our whole family.
We are deeply grateful to him and to Team Aid for the professionalism and humanity shown throughout this process.
With sincere thanks and appreciation.
