I was reaching out to local funeral homes to understand the process of repatriation, which is when a friend introduced me to TEAM Aid – Mohan Nannapaneni. On the very first conversation with him, I was relieved to know that he will support me throughout the process, which he did till my dad’s body was received by my family back home. Besides the invaluable guidance, he helped expedite a critical process at the embassy through his connections and also helped get cargo reserved through his connections at airlines (which otherwise had at least a week wait-list). Mr. Mohan appeared as a Godly help when we had lost all hopes to take the body of my deceased brother to India. Mr. Mohan and his team handled the situation very efficiently and provided every assistance to us finally, we were able to take my brother’s body to his home to his parents for his last rituals. Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni helped the family a lot and had a minute-to-minute update and made great efforts to follow up and make the arrangements to send the remains to the deceased’s family in India. My cousin passed away in Ocean City, Maryland due to a sudden heart stroke. He came to the USA just 10 days before the incident and we desperately needed help to get his mortal remains back home to India. Mohan Nannapaneni from TEAM Aid helped us a lot in this tough time.
