Our family cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support Mohan Nannapaneni and his team at Team Aid provided during one of the most devastating times of our lives. When our dear nephew, a young MS student from India, tragically drowned in Lake George, New York, we were at a complete loss, not knowing how we could bring him home. My brother passed away suddenly on 5th October,2024.I stay in India and my parents were in state of shock and my parents are not in the state of travelling at this age.I got help from Team Aid through Chitraang’s friends and they were my only saviours.I got all possible help and they arranged everything for me till to get my brother’s cremated ashes in India .At every point of this irreparable loss they consoled us with all the help No one would have done that kind which I got from Team Aid and all the volunteers of this organisation.We ,Indians when lose our loved ones in US and with no help from anywhere,this is organisation which not only helps us with every aspects of getting our loved ones back to India but also helps us with financial, emotional issues.They never waited for anything,like I was not asked to make any money transfers earlier but they did it and later I made transfers which too were minimal as compared to what I had heard and found information about it.At every point Mr Mohanji was always there to help ,these people are angels to all those who go through lot of stress amidst losing their loved ones.I am so grateful to each one of them.My parents bless them everyday. — Vinda Nalavade
