There was an incident happened with one of my close friend, he passed away because of severe illness. unfortunately his wife was also not with him at that time and she was in india. We got to know this organization and Mohan. Mohan and his team helped a lot to send my friend’s body back to India. Throughout the process Moham was really helpful and really did this noble work to at least my friend’s family was able to see him last time. Great work and big thanks to Team aid.

I am an Dinesh living in the U.S, and recently, my grandmother flew here to visit. Our reunion at the airport was filled with joy we shared a wonderful conversation and a warm greeting. But as we were walking out, the unthinkable happened. She felt breathless, sat down, and passed away instantly from cardiac arrest. In that moment, I was paralyzed by shock. Being in a foreign land, far from the familiar rituals of home, I was completely lost on how to honor her and fulfill her final rites respectfully. No one is ever prepared for such a tragedy, but facing it alone in a different country felt insurmountable. That is when I found TeamAid. Mohan and the entire team became the guiding light I so desperately needed. Mohan stepped in immediately, connecting me with a local funeral home, arranging the cremation, and tirelessly coordinating with every agency involved until we were finally able to ship her ashes back home. In the fast-paced, often solitary life we lead here in the USA, TeamAid reminded me that humanity still exists in its purest form. Their support wasn’t just logistical, it was the reason I didn’t feel alone in my darkest hour. This experience has taught me more about kindness than I can ever express. I am eternally grateful to everyone involved those I spoke with and those working behind the scenes. I promise to pay this kindness forward and ensure this cycle of compassion continues. Thank you, TeamAid, for bringing me peace when I had none.

Mr. Mohanji and his organization were there for us when we didn’t know where to start. It was truly thankless work, yet his team gave it their whole heart.
Thank you for everything you do for our community. We’re deeply grateful. Flows better and keeps the warmth.

TEAM AID was a great support during a very difficult time. They helped us bring my friend back to India quickly and handled everything with care, clarity, and constant communication. We sincerely appreciate their help. We worked closely with Mohan Nannapaneni, who was very supportive throughout the entire process.

My brother-in-law Ryan Sequeira had a major heart attack in the US and was hospitalized for 3 weeks. His situation was very critical and we were preparing just in case for the worst case scenario. I got in touch with Mr. Mohan through one of my friend’s network. Mr. Mohan had personally come to visit me and my sister in the hospital and assured us of all assistance in the worst-case scenario, although at that time, we were hopeful that my bother-in-law would make it. God had other plans for him and our dearest Ryan passed away on February 13th, 2026. I had then contacted Mr. Mohan and informed him about Ryan’s passing who then took quick action to get the whole process started. He first created a whats app group with all necessary where all communication was to happen with the necessary participants. All logistics related to taking a loved one back to India, is completely handled by TeamAid with support from the funeral home. All I had to do was facilitate them by providing all documentation and IDs that is needed. Some of this work involves fetching documents from US governmental bodies which is handled by the volunteers from TeamAid. I was fortunate enough to witness a couple of such instances, where I had traveled (I didn’t need to) with the Ashok (God bless him and who was one of the volunteers), to fetch these documents, for example, my brother-in-laws death certificate. In my case the whole process took about a week mainly because of the weekend and a public holiday. Otherwise, it would have been done in 3 to 4 days. During this whole time, Mr. Mohan, himself would keep me updated with the status of process which is very reassuring. It is clear that TeamAid has good experience with this process which shows in their speed of execution. As a grieving member, the only thing we want is that our loved one reunites with this family back home. That is all we want. TeamAid and Mr. Mohan helped me and my sister take off this burden from us and allow especially my sister to grieve. Thank you for all you have done Mohan. We will not forget.

Team Aid handled the process very smooth.. this shows their extensive experience in this field. Their US volunteers showed empathy and very courteous while interacting with the heart-broken family and patiently answered all the questions. They coordinated with the organizations including Funeral home, Indian embassy, TSA, Airlines. Thanks a ton for your services and support! I’d strongly recommend Team Aid.
