Dear Team Aid and all the kind-hearted people who supported us,
On behalf of my entire family, I would like to express our deepest gratitude and sincere appreciation for your invaluable help and support during one of the most difficult times of our lives.
The passing of my father was an unimaginable loss for our family. During this painful period, your dedication, compassion, and tireless efforts made it possible for us to bring my father’s mortal remains from the USA to India and reunite him with his loved ones for his final journey.
Your assistance was not just a service; it was an act of humanity, kindness, and respect. Because of your support, our family was able to be together and give my father the farewell he deserved. We will always remember the empathy, professionalism, and commitment shown by every individual involved in this process.

A huge thank you to Mohan and this organization! I am a funeral director in Virginia. I was contacted by a family for the sudden passing of their loved one. We were told by the family what needed to be done for a proper send-off…having a viewing and service in Virginia at their church, then for him to go to Kerala, India for another service and burial there. Having worked with domestic forwarding of remains to different states, I knew a lot more needed to be done for international shipping. I had worked with families for international shipping to Mexico a few times in my career, but India was a whole new endeavor. As experienced as I am (18 years as a funeral director), I am not too proud to reach out for assistance to ensure a family’s needs are met. After doing some research online before meeting the family, I stumbled upon TeamAid. From the first online submission to the final text letting me know the deceased arrived in India, Mohan had my back. Their experience in these affairs seems to be unparalleled. He knew exactly what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. Couldn’t have asked for a better professional partner to meet this family’s needs. Could I have done it myself? Probably. Did I want to make 100% sure everything was done correctly with outside help…for this family: absolutely! If you are in my shoes and need help, TeamAid is there for you. Thank you so much for helping guide us through this process with ease.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the exceptional support and professionalism demonstrated by your organization. Your team responded promptly and compassionately to assist an individual experiencing severe mental illness, ensuring she received the stability and care she urgently needed.
This case holds particular meaning for me. After years of instability and being separated from her loved ones, she was finally able to reunite with her family—traveling all the way to India, where she is now safe, supported, and surrounded by those who care for her. Witnessing this outcome has been profoundly moving.
This successful reunification was made possible only through the dedication, coordination, and unwavering commitment of your TEAM Aid volunteers. I am deeply appreciative of your efforts and remain in awe of the impact your organization continues to make. Thank you for being a source of hope and compassion during critical moments.

I am extremely grateful for the support and assistance offered by Mr. Mohan and his team after sudden passing away of my mother in New York. She was on a tourist visit and had a cardiac arrest. After speaking to many funeral homes, when we heard from Mr Mohan we knew that we have found the right person. I called him late into the midnight and he answered the call in one ring, next morning he called us 6.30 am to start with the process so we can bring my mother back to India at the earliest. He not only understood the situation we were in, but also was empathetic about it.
He was extremely prompt and guided us at every step to repatriate my mother in the shortest time possible. He coordinated with the Indian embassy to arrange the necessary paperwork even though it was a weekend. We were done with all the necessary documentation by early evening and now only had to wait to board the flight back to india.
Special thanks to the Indian Embassy in New York for accommodating us on a weekend.
Heartfelt thankyou to the Mr. Edwin from the Funeral Home recommended by Mr Mohan. I have never met such a patient and humble person before. They took care of my mother while we were getting the documentation done and gave us an update at every step right from picking up my mother from the hospital to the point where she was sent to the airport for her return. They are very humble and very caring people.
The whole team is doing a great service to the mankind, silently and with empathy, dignity and humility. My best of wishes to Mr Mohan Nannapaneni and his team. They truly are doing a selfless job and deserve all the appreciation that they can get.
