“From the family of Siripurapu & Kollapaneni, our sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to the support provided by Mohan Nannapaneni, Sunil Chitrapu, and Team Aid volunteers in transferring Sri Seshaiah Kollapaneni’s remains from Redmond (WA, USA) to Hyderabad (India).
Mr. Seshaiah was on a family trip to the USA and had a major heart attack on 18th Aug 2019 and was kept on a ventilator for 3 days before he passed away. It was a very difficult situation for our family to cope with the circumstances. Team Aid was very supportive in not only explaining the process & required documentation to transfer the remains to India but also were guiding at each stage, with the same concern as a family member. Their support at the time of difficult hours can’t be thanked enough. Our Heartfelt THANKS again to Team Aid and specifically to Mohan for being with us as an extended family.

“From the friends and family of Mohammed Aamir, our sincere thanks to Srinivas Jarugala and Team Aid team for helping us to transfer Aamir from Pensacola FL to Hyderabad India. Aamir was on a student visa and died with a massive heart attack around 11 PM. I was contacted by Aamir’s family and before I reach Pensacola Srinivas already started the transfer process and explained to me all the steps in transferring and gave me complete confidence and also worked on it continuously to send Aamir to India as soon as possible. Once again thank you TEAM AID and continue the good work.”

“My Father-in-law who had visited the USA for the first time to see their grandchild had a sudden heart attack after completing their first month of visit and we immediately took him to hospital but he couldn’t survive. We were blank and needed help and guidance on proceeding the situation. We contacted TEAM Aid and they helped us from that moment onwards and until reaching the body in India.
As a foreigner in a far place with no family nearby, when we get into such a situation, we will not have a single clue on what to do next. Team Aid has provided me support during this critical time.”

“Our sincere thanks to all the members of Team Aid on behalf of Mr. Ram Batchu’s family. The sudden death of Mr. Ram was a huge shock to the family and it would have been a difficult situation for everyone if not for Team Aid’s help. We would like to acknowledge and express our gratitude for Mr. Srinivas & Mr. Mohan who have been in constant touch with us from day 1. They guided us throughout the process of transferring Mr. Ram Batchu from Boston, the USA to Tenali, India. They have been very sensitive about the approach and have gone out of their way to provide support morally and financially in the time of need for the family. They have become part of our family and they are still making sure everyone is doing fine after reaching India as well. Mere words are not enough to express our gratitude to them and the entire team involved in the process. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TEAM AID and keep doing the good work for the community.”

“TEAM Aid was the promptest and helpful that I needed during the tough time when I lost my father to cancer on 11th April 2019. He not only helped with assisting the organization of his last rites but also kept a tab of everything to ensure that it went okay and that I had all the support I needed. Though it’s not the best way or time, I have met such a great organization/ community of the most helping and selfless people. Many Thanks to TEAM Aid”

“Team Aid was outstandingly helpful in handling my friend sudden dismissal and transfer him to India. They have pretty good experience on how to handle this kind of situation, they were always available on the phone, kind enough to respond to our basic questions. Particularly, Mohan – The president was very knowledgeable on the process and willing to expedite this in all possible ways and he did it. We were a little concerned about death certificates, he assured that it will be delivered during the ID viewing and it was delivered without any delay. Overall, the end to end process went really smooth. It is our friends’ responsibility to spread this word with our other friends about your service, but I’m highly hoping that no one requires this service going forward at this young age of sudden death, I pray for it.”
