As we work through the grief of losing our loved one in the US due to sudden cardiac arrest … We have no words to express our deep sense of gratitude during our darkest days of our lives. Thank you so much for taking the distress call from miles far away. They say empathy has no script- you were there to listen, hold space, connect heart to heart, and through your selfless service and support you communicated that incredibly healing message that we are not alone. Thank you, Thank you for all that we received and God bless you and TEAM Aid for leading with your whole hearts.

I was the local guardian for the son of my colleague, Abhishek, who was undergoing pilot training in Florida. On the 24th of January 2021, he met with an unfortunate accident in which his plane crashed into the sea. His body was found the next day still strapped into his seat in the crash site underwater. The parent’s desire was to fly Abshishek’s body back to India so that they are able to say their final goodbyes and to cremate him in his ancestral village in Hariyana. I was introduced to TEAM Aid by one of the members of the Atlanta Consulate. From the first introduction to the successful repatriation of Abhishek’s body back to India, TEAM Aid coordinators are extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. It is hard to elucidate in simple words the kind of support they provided during one of the most stressful times for the family. The professionalism and empathy displayed by the entire team throughout the process were unparalleled by any other organization that I have experienced in my entire life.
I, on the behalf of the family of the deceased pilot, want to convey my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the entire TEAM Aid organization for providing such a valuable service.
Most Sincerely,

TEAM Aid helped with everything, getting the clearance from airport authorities and coordinating with the Indian embassy.
It took only a few days for the process and our beloved friend has been sent to India to his family for the funeral ceremony.

As an immigrant, we had no clue on what needs to be done when there is sudden death in the family. But, TEAM Aid’s volunteers helped with all the steps. Amazing job and nice of them to volunteer all these things.

A very close friend of mine had a massive heart attack which leads to death, we lost him and we were in deep sadness, we really don’t know what to do next steps to bring back him home, there Mohan Nannapaneni came into the picture and his help was outstanding, it can’t be explained in words, we are grateful to him and team aid support. Thanks a lot once again. Without you people, it wouldn’t be possible to get my friend back home.

I lost my husband in the US when we came here on a Visitor’s visa. It was a total shock and unexpected and I didn’t know how to handle it. Team Aid helped me every step of the way from moving him to a funeral home up to documentation needed to travel to India with his ashes. I appreciate all the help provided by their volunteers and I will remember them forever. May God bless them and their team for their timely help, pure kindness, and all the services they do.
