In this kind of unfortunate events, they understand the mental level of the relatives and guide them in a very nice and proper way. “TeamAid was very responsive and helpful in a situation that was not unexpected for all of us. My grandmother came here along with my parents to see our newborn! She was healthy and happy and sadly left us all here! TeamAid were helpful in providing us guidance and contacts as to how to proceed with the next steps. We are in the process of sending her remains home with the help of TeamAid. All the help and support we have received from them is greatly appreciated. I don’t hope that this help to be offered to anyone but such a team is needed to families going through difficult times! Thank you TEAM Aid, especially Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni who has provided us guidance.”

“Thank you so much for supporting the family during the most difficult times of everyone‘s life which is the loss of a dear family member. People are most hurt, scared, confused, depressed and so emotionally fragile in those times and the way you show up like an angel and support them is incredible and no words can justify the greatness of your care and support. God bless you all.”

“My uncle passed away with a massive cardiac arrest. The family members wanted to send his body back to India but didn’t know anything about the process while the whole family was in a state of shock about the sudden demise. Was referred to Mohan Garu by my friend and the moment I called him, he was very helpful in guiding me through the entire process and put me on the call with the respective parties and made sure we were taken care of. He was never hesitant to give us any information possible whenever we called him. He was very patient and provided us with all the information in spite of the same questions being asked. My uncle’s body reached India a week after his death and his last rights were performed in his native. The family really had the satisfaction of performing his last rights there. Thank You very much TEAM Aid. It wouldn’t have been possible without your help.”

I want to thank TEAM Aid and the Funeral Home for helping Norma and her family. Her long illness and death devastated the family. They had limited financial resources and wanted to repatriate her to her home country, Peru for her final resting place. You made that happen for them and they will forever be grateful.
