A huge THANKS to TEAM Aid for supporting us and for guiding us in every step of the repatriation process of my brother-in-law’s mortal remains. He passed away with a massive heart attack on December 19, 2021 in Pleasanton, California. We were literally shocked and in a helpless state (He just came to the US on an H1B visa for the first time in Dec 2nd week. We did not know, how complicated the postmortem and the entire process). Mohan Nannapaneni and Divakar Jandyam were there with us as our own family members during these difficult times and took care of the entire repatriation process including Coroner’s report, Funeral home, Indian Embassy certification, shipment to India. My sincere thanks and deepest gratitude for their wonderful service. Mohan garu, – you are our Superhero.

My cousin was a victim of a brutal stabbing incident on December 24, 2021, in Columbus, OH and succumbed to his injury shortly after. With his immediate family (wife, 2yr old son, and parents) in India, his mortal remains had to be repatriated to India to perform final rituals. We were in a state of shock and clueless about the next steps and process. We are very grateful to Team Aid for stepping in and helping every step of the way with the repatriation of the mortal remains from the hospital to his family back in India. With this happening in the middle of the holidays, it was extra challenging right from getting the paperwork completed for the release of the body and getting the mortal remains prepped at the funeral home, to arranging for the transportation to India. They also got the Indian Consulate NY involved. A special thanks to the Indian Consulate, New York as well, for helping with the repatriation when there was no financial support from my cousin’s employer.

When my cousin passed away, we did not know what to do and we are not sure how to send his mortal remains to India. We got in touch with Mr. Shankar and Mr. Mohan from TEAM Aid, who guided us about the process and helped us with each step of the process. With their help, we could send his mortal remains to India so that his family could see him one last time. We are greatly thankful to Mr. Shankar and Mr. Mohan for the support they provided us in this tough time. The whole family is very thankful to you and your team.

I really appreciate team aid, especially our sincerer gratitude to Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni. We were clueless post this incident, in fact, we haven’t seen such an incident even in our homeland(i.e. In India). Our only hope was TEAM Aid volunteers, who were very receptive, guided us time to time, sacrificed their Christmas/New Year holidays to get my brother’s mortal remains to India. We really felt they were “God sent People”, who just appeared at the right time. May god bless them….!! Thank You.

I really appreciate TEAM Aid’s help from day one till the end. This service is really beneficial. We only had to fill out a form to register, and TEAM Aid took over from that point. Thank you Mohan for your support and guidance.
Good teamwork.

I would like to thank Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni and Mr. Divakar Jandyam of the Team Aid organization for helping me and my family for arranging the funeral and death certificates of my father. They made us feel secure and safe when we feel like stranded in this big city. The team coordinated with the hospital and concerned authorities, and they keep on updating me with patience. Team Aid was with me from the beginning to the end without any expectations. They really helped us in the tough situations as we do not have any awareness about the procedure here because we are new in this country. They promised us to settle ourselves in the future. My sincere thanks and deepest gratitude for sparing their time and valuable suggestions.
