We came in contact with TEAM Aid through the Indian Embassy, and right from the first phone call, TEAM Aid assisted us in each step to repatriate my friend’s remains back to India. His family was in shock with the untimely demise of the young soul. But with the help of TEAM Aid, we were able to guide and assist them through this whole process. Though the grief was inconsolable, we all got relieved that his last rites were done as per his family’s wishes. Thank you Team Aid for all your help.

We did receive great assistance from TEAM Aid volunteers in finding funeral services, getting necessary documents, obtaining clearance from the consulate, coordinating with Airlines, and sending the deceased to his home country. Many Thanks to TEAM Aid for your help.

My beloved aunt has passed away due to stage 4 cancer, the sudden loss brought sorrowful moments to the whole family, while we were thinking of taking her body to India on demand of extended family members, we were left clueless about the process. We got lucky and got to know about TEAM Aid through friends. Their coordinators were prompt in helping us, guiding us through the entire process from completing the necessary documentation here in the USA till the body was received in Hyderabad, India. We are so thankful for the great help that we got from TEAM Aid and their volunteers.

I lost my father-in-law suddenly with a heart attack, who was in Wichita on a visit visa. Upon our family and friends’ request, Team Aid helped us to make necessary arrangements /logistics for human remains back to India, including documentation, approvals, and discounts. They have helped us throughout the process end to end, with a minute to minute follow-up of cargo till it reaches Guntur from Wichita via New York and Hyderabad. Much appreciated his help in providing free ambulance by APNRT as well. Our whole family Will be thankful to him lifelong and happy to join hands in this holy journey of TEAM Aid. Once again thanks to TEAM Aid and their volunteers.

I sought the help of TEAM Aid in preparation for the funeral of my beloved mother-in-law, who had been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and passed away. In particular, Ramakrishna assisted me in finding a suitable funeral home, crematorium, and priest so that we could follow our Hindu traditions as much as possible. He shared his personal experience of the time when he went through something similar. That was so helpful. TEAM Aid is an organization that cares about helping the community, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently lost my wife. I was in total shock and did not know how to send her body to India at the request of her family. TEAM Aid coordinators helped me through this tough time. They genuinely cared and went all the way to help make the process smooth and painless. Their coordinators, Mr. Mohan and Mrs. Saroja went as far as giving me their personal cell numbers and asked me to call them anytime. It is rare to get amazing service in situations like these.
Thank you, TEAM Aid volunteers, for all your help and support. If anyone ever needs help in dire situations like this, please contact TEAM Aid. Their volunteers will go the extra mile to help you.
