TEAM Aid stepped in like a family and supported us by making all necessary arrangements when my nephew passed on. We were in no state to bear the situation on our own and TEAM Aid approached us themselves and did the needful. Blessed are those who are there for others in their time of need. Our heartfelt thanks for TEAM Aid.

I would like to thank TEAM Aid for their kind support during our saddest moment. Like anyone else, I was completely clueless on how to proceed in transporting the remains of my nephew. With the great support of TEAM Aid, we could make the last journey of my nephew to his parents. TEAM Aid’s volunteers were with us in every step. Thank you very much for the help. Thank you, Mohan and JP Samuel for the coordination with the Funeral home and for guiding me in the process.

Dr. Ali’s death was a big shock to the friends and family in India and the USA. We never handle a situation like this before and really panicked. One of our friends recommended reaching out to TEAM Aid. Turn around time from Team Aid is very impressive. Mohan Nannapaneni came like an angel in the hardest time and took over all the responsibilities and streamlined everything in no time. He balanced friends and family keeping in view the tradition to follow without giving an opportunity for an error. He gave a lot of strength to the family back in India and assured them that Dr. Ali’s mortal remains will reach home without any hurdles.
TEAM Aid’s service is incredible. I recommend reaching out to Them for unexpected and catastrophic situations like this. I am 100% confident that supporting volunteer organizations like this will help the needy.

The destiny brought us to a very cruel and tragic turn with my sister and her entire family. It wasn’t a moment we were prepared to face by any stretch of the imagination, be the enormity of losing the family of your, the timing of it, their very young ages to depart from this world, and most importantly the manner in which the entire situation unfolded. As mind-numbing as the event itself was, I was at a complete loss as to how to face it and still move forward. And everybody was waiting on me. TEAM Aid was nothing different than my own family. Their volunteers personally involved from day one and helped me with utmost devotion and always balancing the sensitivity of the situation with the practicality of the funeral and beyond procedures.
I have a whole new appreciation of the community support here in the US, and TEAM Aid is certainly a huge catalyst to lend a helping hand in the most awkward and difficult times. A HUGE Thank you Mohan ji and please count me in!

As we work through the grief of losing our loved one in the US due to sudden cardiac arrest … We have no words to express our deep sense of gratitude during our darkest days of our lives. Thank you so much for taking the distress call from miles far away. They say empathy has no script- you were there to listen, hold space, connect heart to heart, and through your selfless service and support you communicated that incredibly healing message that we are not alone. Thank you, Thank you for all that we received and God bless you and TEAM Aid for leading with your whole hearts.

I was the local guardian for the son of my colleague, Abhishek, who was undergoing pilot training in Florida. On the 24th of January 2021, he met with an unfortunate accident in which his plane crashed into the sea. His body was found the next day still strapped into his seat in the crash site underwater. The parent’s desire was to fly Abshishek’s body back to India so that they are able to say their final goodbyes and to cremate him in his ancestral village in Hariyana. I was introduced to TEAM Aid by one of the members of the Atlanta Consulate. From the first introduction to the successful repatriation of Abhishek’s body back to India, TEAM Aid coordinators are extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. It is hard to elucidate in simple words the kind of support they provided during one of the most stressful times for the family. The professionalism and empathy displayed by the entire team throughout the process were unparalleled by any other organization that I have experienced in my entire life.
I, on the behalf of the family of the deceased pilot, want to convey my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the entire TEAM Aid organization for providing such a valuable service.
Most Sincerely,
