Thank you so much Teamaid.org for helping us out in such a terrible time, you were a great help. I wanted to thank you so much. This organization helped me when I was stuck in India due to the travel ban and had a death in the family. I cannot believe how reliable they were. Your efforts will not be forgotten. Thanks again!!

My brother passed away suddenly in Jacksonville, Florida and I live in Orlando FL, I was devastated by the news, and also at a loss as to what to do, to get my brother’s remains shipped to India since my parents are alive and I needed a final closure for them. During this terrible time of deep grief and anxious moments, we contacted the good Sarmatians Mohan Nannapaneni and Srinivas Jarugula. They did not know me but were ready to do everything in their capacity unconditionally, they worked on this relentlessly and tirelessly to get my brother’s remains shipped back to India. They have arranged for all the necessary steps to be taken to make this a success, they guided me as well throughout this painful journey. Their vast amount of knowledge in this area was extremely vital and crucial to make this a reality, time being a very crucial element in this process. I don’t have enough words to thank them for all their effort. Their service to the community is indeed very very valuable and very much appreciated. I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart for everything they have done for me and everything they are doing for the community.

My brother died in a water accident in the USA. I couldn’t understand how to get his mortal remains to India. I got in touch with Nannapaneni Mohan through a few of my relatives here in India. He helped me and my brother’s friends in the USA through each stage in getting my brother’s mortal remains to India. In this unprecedented situation, Mohan and TEAM Aid’s help is invaluable. Thank you so much. Keep doing this good work.

Team Aid Team, Thank you for being our family away from home. My father fell sick here and was in home hospice before he passed away. Mohan, Ramakrishna, and the team were there with us every step of the way in guiding us. On my dad’s passing, they helped us coordinate cremation, finding the priests, funeral home, and other necessities. You truly were our family and shared our pain. Mohan and Ramakrishna – you are truly selfless people.

I can’t believe it when I heard the news of my friend’s death. He was expired in a drowning accident. All I had in mind was how to console his parents with this terrible news and move his body remains to India (Telangana state). That is when TEAM Aid came to the rescue. They have helped at each stage by clarifying questions to me here in the US and to my friend’s family back in India. Finally, we were able to send him to his parents. Thank you so much TEAM Aid and its volunteers. God bless you all.

Dear Team Aid,
We want to express our extreme gratitude for all the help and support you provided for repatriating the body of Abhishek. Your support was prompt, unconditional, comprehensive, and was truly overwhelming for us during this really trying period for us. We’ve conducted the final rites of our Abhishek last week in presence of all his loved ones. We will remain eternally grateful to you for allowing us this opportunity to see our beloved Abhishek one final time.
Thanks and regards.

Got to know about TEAM Aid from a friend and reached out to Mohan. I was amazed at the understanding of the situation and the speed at which Mohan made things happen for the affected family. We felt like it is a family waiting to help us get through the crisis. A truly selfless effort by Mohan and his team. Looking forward to being associated with Teamaid and help their mission. Thank you very much TEAM Aid and hats off to all that you are doing.

It is rare that one comes across selfless people – who put others, who they never have even seen, above themselves. That is what Mr. Mohan and his team were for us in that bizarre week in April 2021, when we lost our colleague. Providing comfort, talking to relatives in India, ensuring that the Consulate work is done, informing on next steps…strong empathy, excellence in work, and boundless energy to ensure that the difficult situation we had was taken care of. A grateful salute to your selfless service!
