When this untoward incident happened, my daughter-in-law and granddaughter were all alone n we were at a loss to come to terms with the situation. This is when Team Aid came to our rescue and helped in repatriating the mortal remains of my son, taking care of the tedious process of documentation with various Agencies such as the Hospital concerned, medical certification, embalming, Indian Consulate, liaising with the Airlines etc. Their support was immense n we appreciate their selfless motive. Mr. Mohan, especially, was very approachable without any time parameters. We sincerely thank them from the core of our hearts. May their selfless service continue in their endeavor to Being Human.

My uncle had a massive brain stroke on 1/29/2022 and since then he is hospitalized with 100% paralyzed. Struggled his life for 10 months in many Massachusetts hospitals and nursing homes. He passed away on 10/25/2022 from a heart attack. My uncle has told me years back if anything happens to him, he wanted to have his final rights to be conducted in India besides where his mother was cremated in his native village, Parvathagiri (Warangal District, Telangana Statet).
I knew Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni name as he very popular in Indian community with many of his social activities over the years, I did reach out to him for his guidance and support to fulfill my uncle’s last wish take his mortal remains back to India. Mr. Nannapaneni and his entire TEAM Aid volunteers spent several days in coordination with the Rehabilitation center, Doctors, Funeral Home, Marlborough Town, Indian Consulate, New York, Emirates Airlines (Boston POC & Hyderabad POC), India port of entry activities, and until we each our remote village which is 400 Kilometers from Hyderabad.
We are very thankful to Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni and his entire team for restless follow-ups (Day & Night) to make sure we have smooth process and not to get stuck in any point of time in this whole process starting from United States until we reach India. Past 16 years of my US career, I heard many times about Team AID & Mohan Nannapaneni’s s social activities, this time I witnessed personally, and Hats off to Team Aid and Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni for their commitment and determination to help others.
Once again, Thank you Team Aid and Mohan for all your support and help. All our family blessings are to you and your family members.
Best Regards
Naven Kumar Sankineni.

My wife Professor, Dr. Anita Saxena had gone to Orlando, USA to attend an international conference on the 3rd of November 2022. She unexpectedly & unfortunately passed away on November 6th, 2022 in Orlando. She had traveled alone to the USA and we were informed about her death in India We were at loss as to how to get her mortal remains back to India. The Indian Consulate in Atlanta was extremely helpful & cooperative and suggested that we get in touch with “TEAM Aid” who would do the needful and get the formalities completed for the repatriation of her mortal remains. Mr. Mohan got in touch with us and was most reassuring and informed us about the various formalities that would have to be completed.
Mr. Sreenivas who is based in Florida personally went to the morgue and hotel to expedite the return. Unfortunately, a hurricane had hit Florida but in spite of the inclement weather, Mr. Sreenivas put his own life in danger to get the work done at the earliest. After the weather improved the mortal remains were sent to New York and Mr. Mohan kept a 24-hour vigil to get the formalities completed at the Indian consulate in New York on a Saturday and get the coffin booked on the Air India flight for transportation to India.
It was only because of the untiring and continued efforts of the members of Team Aid, Indian consulate officials, Funeral Home services, Air India, TATA AIG, Europe Assist, and Indian Customs that the mortal remains of my wife could come back to India.
I was very surprised to learn from Mr. Mohan that the entire TEAM Aid members were working as volunteers for performing this noble service.
I and my entire family bow our heads to the entire Team Aid team for their enormous help and compassion. They were very considerate and reassuring, and their ability to solve all problems with complete efficiency and in the shortest possible time is exemplary. They are true saviors and heroes who go out of their way to help strangers like me and my family in our moments of great distress.
I and my family remain indebted to Team Aid for our entire lives. I wish TEAM Aid the very best and pray to the lord to give them greater strength to continue their noble work for humanity.
May God bless them all.

TEAM Aid’s coordinators Mohan, Dunnia, and Shankar were extremely helpful in dealing with the body transport of a close family friend. They were like the SWAT team that descended and helped with all the information and coordinated all the different services. We were very thankful to have found them in helping us with this process.
God bless them all for the kind work they do.

I was very happy with the prompt support provided by TEAM Aid’s Coordinator Mr. Krishna Majeti in logistics arrangements. The entire process helped us not to worry about all the logistics hassles and helped us with too many unknowns. Krishna was always available when we needed him. He also gave us space to grieve. I really admire the courage and generosity of all volunteers who are helping our Indian community to handle such a delicate matter. Once again thanks from my family members for all your support.

Right from my first conversation with Mohan, I felt like I had a family member in Boston, assisting me with the formalities. He and his team were diligent in updating us about each step and possible hurdles. TEAM Aid gave us the utmost confidence in ensuring that our loved one would be brought home with all the respect and dignity we wanted for him.

In our tough times, we got good guidance and support from TEAM Aid. We appreciate the support, kindness, and advice received from team aid. Mohan from team aid provided guidance through this journey. It was a death case of a cancer patient 40 years old. From Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA to Kerala state in India. We performed rituals at a local mosque in New Jersey and were able to send the body to India from JFK airport. Our local team was able to work together with the TEAM Aid team and was able to make things happen in a fast manner. Team aid provided advice and arranged a funeral agent that suits to handle an out-of-state case. The cost was also very reasonable and much lesser than others. Really appreciate the support from Team Aid and like to join as a volunteer.
