Very unexpectedly I lost my wife due to sudden death. We had no clue whatsoever about the procedure to be followed. Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni and his team helped us during our most difficult times. He has helped us to find a funeral home and services. It was really great and without them, it was very difficult to find the proper place. I salute the selfless service being done by Mr Mohan and his team to assist distressed families on foreign soil. I wish them all success and wish to help them in their endeavor wherever possible. Blessings of God will always be with the TEAM Aid members — Akhilesh Singh

We lost our family member all of a sudden and we are worried about not seeing him for the very last time. Going to that country is very difficult for the immediate family members to travel alone and manage there. Then we approached Team Aid and they helped us bring our loved ones home to see him for the one last time. Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni was always available during the course of all this process and provided all the possible help to see our loved ones as early as possible. He interacted with few officials to squeeze the time. We can never forget the help from them during those very tough times. Thank you so much for all your support and stay blessed.

Whenever there is an emergency, call 911 & TEAM Aid afterward. My wife’s cousin had come over as a guest to celebrate the new year. He passed away from a sudden cardiac arrest during taking a shower. He had no symptoms, family history, smoking, or drinking habits. He was just 33 years with his wife and 2-year-old baby stuck in India due to visa appointment issues. We were in a state of shock not knowing what to do next. After-death procedures turned out to be equally traumatic with calls to his employer, insurance, hospital, police, medical examiner, funeral home, the Indian embassy, etc. Just when I was about to give up on body repatriation, Mohan from TEAM Aid stepped in and completed the process. The wife of the deceased got a chance to see her beloved one last time. The entire family will remember and thank Mohan sir for his kindness and help.

Thank you to Team Aid for making what I thought was impossible possible. I am very much impressed with their well-organized, coordinated approach in a complex, time-sensitive, extremely stressful situation. Their ability to adapt to constantly changing circumstances is simply incredible. There are no words to praise their efforts and the fact that they are doing this as volunteer work is unimaginable. Kudos to Team Aid. I am indebted to them until my last breath.
THANK YOU!

It’s about 3 months – Jan 6th 2023, a tragic incident happened with my cousin’s son, Sharat expired after 2 weeks of Baselining after hospitalizing with Brain hemorrhage & brain stroke. , TEAM Aid’s immense help enabled the family to make decisions in that difficult time and transport the body back to Visakhapatnam, India. We can never recover from the loss, we would never forget Mohan and TEAM Aid’s help during the difficult times especially to get a non-contagious certificate at phoenix. Looking back, it’s heartening to see the community stand up for each other and particularly the volunteers spending their valuable time. With immense gratitude.

Thank you TEAM Aid for your timely help. The deceased was a colleague of mine and we were not sure how to proceed. Engaging Team Aid helped to move things faster and with minimal involvement from any of us. Right from origin till our collegue reached hometown in India, we got regular updates. Thanks again for your help

My grandmother and I arrived in USA around the 3rd week of November 2022. Sadly, my grandmother suddenly passed away at the end of November 2022. I did not know on what to do and somehow got hold of TEAM AID through one of my friends. I must say Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni along with his team of volunteers supported me throughout the process, helped me and our family get my grand mother back to India so that the last rites could be performed. I am forever grateful to TEAM AID for the rest of my life as they stood and supported our family. They worked day in and day out to deal with the state government authorities, airlines, airport authority in USA, UAE and India, funeral director, Indian embassy and the Indian government. They were always available.
This is a great undertaking by TEAM AID and though we don’t talk about death and it’s formalities, so appreciative of Mr. Mohan and his team as they took on this godly responsibility to help folks who are in need of this undertaking.
Without TEAM AID , this entire process would have taken me close to 3 weeks but with their streamlined process, we were able to get this process done in 8 days with all the administrative tasks taken care of.
Forever grateful is an understatement.
