I write this to express my deep gratitude to Mahan and TEAM Aid volunteers who extended the much needed assistance when my nephew passed away in America. When i reached America, i felt all alone in an alien country and was at total loss on where to start and what to do to cremate my nephew in America. Godly sent, i got the contact details of Mohan ji and after speaking to him and explaining my helplessness, he with his team of volunteers did everything that was possible to help me wade through the process and procedures, providing solace, helping in identifying an Indian priest, connecting me to a local family run funeral home and providing all information with regard to consulate procedures for sending the urn and ashes back to my nephew’s home town.
Without Mohan ji and his team, it would have been extremely difficult for me to do what i could do for my nephew in ensuring his journey to heaven was memorable and respectful.
There are no words left in me to express my sincere and utmost gratitude and appreciation to Mohan ji and his team. What you all do is of immense help to families who lose their near and dear ones. Please continue doing this great work and may God give you and your team immense strength and blessings to continue help families in grief and distress
May almighty bless you all and my love and appreciation again. I will remember what you all did for me forever.

In the hour of crisis, shock, it was this wonderful TEAM Aid, who stood by us, lending their shoulder to lean on, we were rest assured with the kind of follow up, updates, assurances, comforting words of sympathy & feel at ease …We would have been at cross roads not knowing to do what next. We never had to do anything but for receive the mortal remains, which was done so quickly in time & we received it neatly packed ..No amount of words can describe the happiness in our hour of grief about this great team effort…all we can say is god Pl strengthen their hands to always continue to do such good deeds to the people in distress & need

We are forever indebted to Team aid in bringing home our Son at such short notice. They have been very kind, understanding and professional in handling everything and we couldn’t have been better supported at this time of our need. They were very patient with us, answering our questions, explaining the next steps and being there for us during our time of need. We find ourselves fortunate for being able to seeing our loved one thanks to Team aid. May god bless you all for the selfless service !

When my husband, Salichen suddenly passed away on 08/18/2023, I was in shock and disbelief. I didn’t know what to do or where to start. Salichen’s wish was to be buried in Kerala, India. Luckily my cousin recommended TeamAid to me. Mohan from TeamAid helped me every step of the way, from recommending the proper funeral home to getting all the paperwork to reaching Kerala with his body. I’ll be eternally indebted to Mohan for his patience, guidance, knowledge and empathy, when I needed it the most. I felt like I was not alone. Thank you is such a weak word to express my gratitude. May the almighty God bless you and protect you.

Members of TEAM Aid are really helpful. They explained the process clearly to us after the sudden dismissal of our mother, who was on visitor visa to United States.
Additionally, they also followed up with the Funeral home and made sure that we have complete and up-to-date information. Their efforts are really commendable! Keep up the good work, TEAM Aid!

I can’t thank enough for the assistance provided by TEAM Aid. During the tough time as we were grieving the loss of mother, the volunteers of TEAM Aid handled the repatriation of the remains. Mohan, Noor and Naveen from TEAM Aid walked us through the process and documentation needed to take her back to India and helped us at every step. Thanks a lot to the whole team!

My brother was admitted to the hospital and later transferred to a rehab facility in the USA. For a harrowing four months, we had no knowledge of his condition or whereabouts, and we were unable to make contact. When we finally reached out to the TEAM Aid organization, their unwavering dedication became evident as they embarked on an extraordinary mission to bring him back to India in May 2023.
It is truly challenging to find words that adequately express our gratitude for the invaluable assistance they provided throughout his stay in the rehab center and their guidance in navigating the process of his return. We find ourselves eternally indebted to TEAM Aid for their compassion and selflessness.
TEAM Aid’s commitment to service is nothing short of remarkable, surpassing even what one might expect from close family and friends, especially in a foreign land. Their acts of humanity defy measurement, and we remain profoundly touched by their extraordinary service.
