Thank you TEAM Aid, especially Srinivas, Shankar and Chandra for all your support during the difficult times. I’ve recently moved from India to Austin with my parents and my dad passed away two weeks after the move. It was the toughest times in my life and I don’t know how to handle the situation. Srinivas, Chendra and Shankar are god sent people to support us, they immediately came into contact and visited us. They guided and stood with me like family members until we completed the funeral. We thank you for your help and assistance during our most difficult time in arranging resources, finances and coordinating the transportation of the mortal remains of our son Shubham Bose from Las Vegas, USA to New Delhi India. Thanksgiving would be too small a gesture. We will always remain indebted for what Indian Embassy / Consulate & Mr. Mohan of TEAM Aid USA did for us. It was tragic that our friend Palani met with a drowning accident. We and anyone we knew had never faced similar situations and were unsure how to proceed. Mohan Garu assisted us and explained the process. He was with us for the entire process. There was consistent follow-up and support. It was great to know him and the Teamaid team despite the circumstances. Teamaid isn’t a paid service, not because they’re worthless, but because they are priceless. We lost our dear friend to a sudden cardiac arrest. The whole family and friends were devastated with this big loss. Since most of family was in India, we wanted to do ceremony in India as well but didn’t know how to proceed. Mohan from TEAM Aid has been a big support during this tough time. On behalf of the late pastor Cecilia Wamuyu Murage’s family, we would like to express our gratitude to Team Aid as a whole for helping us send the mother back to Kenya.
