During the time in which my family was experiencing a death, this team had made the funeral process much easier. Helping us immediately and allowing family members in India to say their finally goodbyes was not possible without this team. We will always be thankful of how efficient the TEAM work and how supportive they were in the time of need.

I was introduced to Ramakrishna Penumanthy, my primary contact at TeamAid, by a mutual friend a few hours after my father-in-law passed away. Rama went above and beyond in assisting us navigate the process of planning for cremation. In his assuring manner, Rama explained to me the steps involved, and coordinated the effort with Anil and Shankar. TeamAid did the groundwork of checking on availability of funeral homes that offered services that matched our family’s preferences. TeamAid arranged for a priest who is familiar with our preferences. Through out this process, Rama was just a phone call away, answering questions and offering suggestions at each step and ensuring a smooth planning process.
We are very grateful to TeamAid for the timely help provided at a difficult time for my family.

It was an exceptional experience working with TeamAid, particularly with Mohan Nannapaneni, who assisted us throughout the entire process of repatriating Rinav’s body to his family in India. Without TeamAid’s support, our community and Rinav’s relatives would have faced significant challenges during this tragic time. Mohan’s availability and reassurance were remarkable—he was always just a call away, even during late hours and despite being unwell. His role in expediting the consulate paperwork, including a correction over the weekend, was nothing short of a miracle. TeamAid’s network and efficiency in coordinating every aspect of this journey were truly invaluable; we were spared from having to manage anything ourselves. Thank you, Mohan and TeamAid, for your unwavering support and assistance. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻…

Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni President of Team Aid(A Non profit organization)known to me through one of my younger brother Late Dr. Brahma Raju’s colleague Dr. Govindaiah Vinukonda.
My brother Dr. Brahma Raju Mopidevi last breathed at Phelps hospital, New York, USA.
Mr. Mohan sent me necessary forms via WhatsApp group .These copies are duly filled out, scanned and sent back to him. Mr. Mohan used these forms to transport my younger brother mortal remains(body)from New York to Vijayawada.
Irrespective of Mr. Mohan ‘s daily routine work, he spent his valuable time and valuable efforts, sleepless nights and lot of stress. These are all most valuable and appreciable. I personally say thanks to Mr. Mohan for his kind participation and helped me in bringing my deceased younger brother casket from New York to Vijayawada(India).

Heartfelt Testimonial for Team Aid’s Compassionate Assistance In Memory of Simran:
The tragic departure of Simran at the tender age of 22, following an unfortunate automobile accident in Louisiana, left her family in Odisha, India, engulfed by the darkness of grief. Yet, in our most desperate hour, a guiding light emerged in the form of Mr. Mohan and his selfless team at Team Aid.
Incident and Immediate Contact:
Upon learning the devastating news, we faced the harrowing task of managing legal procedures and logistics to bring Simran home. Time was of the essence, and a daunting process lay ahead. But, hope was rekindled when Mr. Mohan was recommended to us. With a simple phone call, Mr. Mohan shouldered our burden with grace and profound empathy, immediately springing into action.
Compassionate Support and Precise Help:
Mr. Mohan exhibited a keen eye for detail and extensive knowledge, honed by his experience in aiding hundreds of families. His expertise became our compass; within just one day, he procured the necessary documents, significantly condensing a process that could have stretched over a month to a mere two weeks.
His guidance through each step was immeasurable, from securing death certificates to coordinating with the funeral home for the seamless transfer of Simran’s remains from the county coroner. Mr. Mohan’s vigilance quickly identified and corrected errors that could have further prolonged our wait, and his informed advice on liaising with the Indian Embassy was invaluable.
Delivery Home to Final Resting Place:
The ultimate solace came when Simran was respectfully and securely transported back to her homeland, to the loving arms of those who cherished her. It was a profound testament to the compassion and efficiency of Team Aid under Mr. Mohan’s leadership.
Enduring Gratitude and Appreciation
The depth of our appreciation for Mr. Mohan and Team Aid cannot be captured by mere words. Their refusal to accept any form of payment for their service exemplifies a rare and pure altruism. In our darkest moment, they stood as a beacon of hope and compassion, their actions a vivid reminder of the enduring goodness in humanity.
This heartfelt testimonial is a tribute not just to their professional excellence but to their moral fiber and empathetic spirits. May the benevolence and humanity demonstrated by Team Aid serve as an example for all, showcasing the profound impact of community support in times of sorrow.
With our eternal gratitude,
The Family of Simran

I want to thank Team AID for their selfless service. We were in an unfortunate situation when one of our family member passed away in the US. His immediate family are in India and wanted to bring his mortal remains to India where the family wanted to pay their last rites. When we were clueless and helpless not knowing what to do and how to do this, Team AID came to our rescue. They worked with us and guided us through the whole process and made sure that everything is taken care without any undue burden on the grieving family. I can’t imagine what we would’ve done without their help. I thank all the volunteers in Team AID and Mohan Nannapaneni for leading this extraordinary mission. My prayers and wishes for this team to continue doing the amazing work they do.
