We were devastated upon receiving the news about our friend Bhargav and had no idea how to ship his body back to India to his family. During this difficult time Mohan garu and Teamaid organization was nothing short of God send in helping us understanding the process as well as assisting us with everything. It is hard to lose a loved one in a foreign country. It’s organizations like teamaid and people like Mohan garu with thorough knowledge of every step made it easy to get by this tragedy.

There was sudden demise of my brother in New York who went there to pursue higher studies MS and later we came to know to process sending my brothers body will take at least 10+days to come to India but Luckily we have been contacted by Mohan Sir the founder of TeamAid himself and provided great support and assured us that they will deliver it within 3 working days and same has been done to us. He assisted us in getting the remains of my brother at zero expenses with the help of Indian Embassy and was in regularly contact with us and addressed all our questions and concerns by answering our calls at any time. This made us to fully prepared to perform my brother’s final rituals at our village in very less time. I really appreciate the great help done by Mohan sir at this very needful and distressful situation of ours and to the entire team of TeamAid for assisting us in this hard situation.

I was devastated initially after knowing about the sudden demise of my brother-in-law Anish Kumar Gunnala. I was not aware of the process of shipping Anish Kumar to India, his home country. One of my friend asked me to contact Mohan sir. Mohan sir assisted in getting human remains of Anish kumar at zero expense with the help of Indian Embassy. He was in regular contact with all of us to make sure about shipping of Anish’s body to India as soon a possible. He was always available during the process to answer my question irrespective of time. With the help of Mohan sir, I was able to get Anish in very less time to perform the final rituals. I really appreciate the great work done by Mohan sir and also Team aid to help people in these kind of difficult and emergency situations.
Thank you for all the assistance and the efforts to help peoples during these difficult situations.

Our Friend from Indian(Kerala) Origin, passed away suddenly in Texas. We were clueless on the next steps for funeral. Mohan from TEAM Aid helped us by laying out the next steps very patiently. He asked us to make a decision on whether to have funeral rites locally in Texas or back home in India. He clearly laid out the approx cost for both, which turned out to be pretty accurate. As soon as we decided to have the funeral in India, he contracted a Funeral Home who are expert in doing the paperwork and procedure to send the remains to India. Mohan also put us in touch with a Texas TeamAid Volunteer LK. LK helped us with the next steps of getting various forms signed. LK was the bridge between us and the Funeral Home. LK later introduced us to a Austin based volunteer Srinivas, who help us with local funeral viewing and introduced us to the Funeral home person. TeamAid and its preferred funeral home vendor made the whole process simple. They coordinated all the paperwork with Medical Examiner, County, Court, India Consulate and the airlines. It helped us spend more time with affected family here in Texas and manage communication with the family in India. Amazing work by TeamAid team. God Bless the entire TeamAid team for their selfless work.

I am eternally grateful and thankful to the TEAM Aid team for helping me at the time of grave distress. I lost my son all of a sudden and wanted my in laws to be here in US to support us during this difficult time. Unfortunately their Visa expired last year. My friend got me in touch with TEAM Aid heroes who came for my assistance immediately. Mr Sajan walked me through each step in the process and helped me in reaching out to the Congressional office in the appropriate way. Within 2 weeks, my in laws got their visa. I have no words can thank the team enough. I strongly recommend people to approach and reach out to TTEAM Aid for such assistance. They are the best.

Our mother passed on 19th late night in US and we reached out to funeral homes as well as Team Aid. We were thinking of going to funeral home to transport the human remains back to India. However, one call with Mr. Mohan proved the experience, sincerity and compassion for handling these instances as well as pitfalls of going with US based funeral home, who may not have the experience of working with Indian authorities. We reached out to Mr. Mohan only on 20th morning and we were able to transport in 3.5 days (our mom’s remains reached on Sunday night India time). They coordinated every piece of the process smoothly. Our entire family and extended family were so relieved to see our mom one last time and it was made possible as quickly as possible by Teamaid and Mr. Mohan – we will always be indebted to Team Aid and cannot thank them enough.
