Thank you! Mohan Garu.
Our family is grateful for you and your team “ TEAM Aid ! “
I live in California and I got my parents on April 1st from India to spend time with us. My dad, did have Progressive lung problem but it was not serious. He was doing fine and spending time with Kids.
On May 29th night, Dad had difficulty to breathe and we had to call 911 and take him to emergency.
Before we could realize, our dad left us on Saturday June 1st. it was too quick how it happened and my dad’s last wish was to go back to India to his village.
June 1st at Stanford they said they could keep my dad at the morgue only 24hrs and we need to find a place to shift him. We are grateful, to friends and family who started researching how to take my dad to India in the shortest time and best way. They had a lot of them listed down by night.
When one of our friends called Mohan Garu and spoke they all felt confident and were able to trust what Mohan Garu was saying and we decided to go with him and it was the best course of action. Mohan Garu explained what to expect at every stage of the process and together with our friends it turned out to be the smoothest process at a time of grief for us. The funeral home person he connected us with was knowledgeable and was able to get death certificate quickly and got paperwork with Indian consulate done in half day. Mohan Garu was available every time we had questions
It was Saturday night and we thought if our dad could reach anytime before Monday in India we can get through the last rites, but his team was exceptional and our dad reached India by Friday night with no hurdles and everything was so smooth and we did not have to do much other than filling few forms, every other step and process was handled end to end by Mohan Garu. He encouraged our friends to be on the WhatsApp channel so they were able to watch out and pitch in.
We did need someone like Mohan Garu, and our friends at this difficult time as even we had less time to go to India we where 9 of us traveling back to India to give final good byes to our dad and we wanted our dad also to arrive on time with no problems.
I can’t say enough, and thank you is a small word !
Mohan Garu and the team “ TEAM Aid “ Heartfelt Thank you for all the help and support !
Namaste !

Thank you to the amazing volunteer program that helps the impacted families with sudden incidents and provide the utmost guidance and help.
Mr. Nannapaneni assisted us from start to end as our family mourned the loss of our elderly family member.
The details, contacts and assurance allowed us to take the human remains to India very timely and with care. Truly appreciate the dedication and commitment towards Indian nationals and those in need. If there is anything we can do to help this organization, please let us know.

I appreciate all the help you all provided during this difficult period. I was constantly been advised and updated on the progress and during transit.
Specially to mention on the below:
1. The background efforts that were put by the team is commendable.
2. I really appreciate in making Anusha’s face look pleasant. I was worried about this and Asian funeral services has made this extra effort without my request.
Without your help, it would have been difficult for me.
Thank you very much for all the efforts in making Anusha reach Bengaluru.

For the last ten years, I have dedicated my time to volunteering and supporting the community in various ways. Unfortunately, a recent tragic event within my family left me feeling deeply saddened and overwhelmed. My cousin, Yaswanth Popuri, was involved in a car accident. When I received the distressing call from the police, I was at a loss on how to proceed. Despite my confusion, I decided to reach out to Team AID for help. Shortly after, Mohan garu contacted me and offered invaluable advice on how to handle the situation. His guidance was like that of a caring father helping his child. I followed his instructions diligently. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Indian Consulate of New York for their swift assistance in arranging the transportation of the body, as well as to the Asian Indian Funeral Service through Team AID and the Louisiana State Police Department for their support.

Thanks to the entire Team of TeamAid, especially Mohan, without whose support it would have been tough for us to shift my childhood friend’s body to our homeland, India. I truly appreciate the fact that The Team well understands the stressful situation the Family members go through; they patiently handle and take care of the entire process. It really would have been difficult, had they not helped us. Thanks once again to the Team, for the hassle-free services.

My relative Sowmya, who completed her master’s degree at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, met with a tragic accident on the night of Sunday, May 26th. Initially, we received a call from Sowmya’s friend informing us about the accident and that she was taken to the hospital by Emergency Medical Services. However, an hour later, the devastating news of Sowmya’s untimely demise was conveyed to our family, leaving all of us shattered and unsure of what to do next. Amidst the darkness and crisis my family was facing, a ray of hope emerged in the form of Team Aid. Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni and Mr. Sreenivas Jarugula stepped forward to guide and support us through this challenging ordeal. They meticulously explained the necessary formalities, paperwork, and procedures that needed to be completed. With unwavering commitment, they answered our calls and remained in constant communication, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Team Aid’s assistance extended to liaising with officials, completing all the required documentation, and coordinating with the embassy. Their sensitivity and support during this loss were invaluable. Thanks to their efforts to facilitate the process of repatriating Sowmya’s remains to India for her last rites, we would be eternally grateful for all the help you have done. Thank you, Team Aid!!
