First of all, this is an amazing service that is being provided to those affected. Mohan and his team kept us informed in the process, set expectations on completion and diligently worked on ensuring the right documentation was being prepared with the right authorities. Their experience in handling the situation was just great, since these are situations that you don’t either plan or train for.

It was great support in difficult times. Family wish to send body to India for final rituals. Mohan Nannapaneni assisted end to end process starting from hospital to Vijayawada (India). I personally worked with victim’s family and extended family in India. Incredible service from team aid for their time and help. It inspired me to join in team aid. Thanks Mohan and Venkat Kommineni for their seamless services. Very much appreciated on behalf of the India community in Arizona.

My Mother-in-law who was visiting us from India had an unfortunate fatal accident in a lake. We were struggling to deal with the Placer county coroner’s office who was citing that it could take as much as 8 days to release her remains to us. We got Mr. Mohan’s contact through a mutual friend and he straight away jumped into the case and helped us to be able to get an update from the coroner’s office next day morning that they can release her by the noon. He also helped us to find a funeral home who was very accommodating to our requests to transport her remains down to the bay area the same day so that we could perform the funeral rites next day afternoon.
It is one of the times people don’t plan for. But the experience we had with Mr. Mohan to assist us through every step of the process like a family member is commendable. Our family is very grateful for you and your team’s help.

Our niece, Amrita Goswami, who was visiting the US on work, fell severely ill and passed away in New York City on July 2, 2024. Mr. Nannapaneni was incredibly helpful and compassionate during this very difficult time. He assisted us with making funeral service arrangements, including the funeral home, crematorium, and Hindu religious rituals. He also guided us regarding official document requirements and connecting us with the Indian Consulate in New York City. He was available at all hours to help. We are very, very grateful to Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni and TeamAid for their support.

We were in a difficult situation unable to ship our beloved friend back to his family in Nepal on time and faced several difficulties. That is when we got contact of Team Aid. Mohan was referred to by his friends Uday and Mani. Mohan quickly helped us by referring to the right services and we were able to finally send my friend’s remains back home. At a time of grief and despair Team Aid’s involvement gave us much solace and hope. Thanks for the commendable service.

Team aid helped me a lot to get my brother’s dead body from San Francisco, CA to Punjab,India within 4 days. My parents didn’t see my brother from past 9 year and now I only want to bring my brother body to India so that my parents can see him from last time and do his all funeral rituals in our village in the presence of my parents and relatives.
About Team aid, they are very helpful and updated me with every single step and arranged everything for me.
I would like to say thank you to Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni and Gurjit Singh to help me and guide me for every single step and make it happen to transfer my brother body to India for his last ritual in his own residence in Punjab.
With deep condolence.
