On behalf of our entire family, I want to extend our deepest gratitude for the care, and support Rohit and Mohan from the TEAM Aid team showed during one of the most difficult times in our lives. The sudden passing of my father-in-law was a profound shock, and your guidance in helping us find a funeral home, next steps and manage the many details that followed was truly invaluable.
Your sensitivity, professionalism, and willingness to step in and assist without hesitation brought comfort to our family when we needed it most. From coordinating logistics to simply being present and available, your support meant more than words can express.
Thank you for standing by us and easing some of the burden during this painful time. We will always remember your kindness.
Thanks again.

From the day incident happened, you came into picture and assisted us like more than family. You have sacrificed your personal time and professional time for smoothening our process which I can’t meet a person with dedication like you in my life and I can’t imagine taking my brother Abhishek to India without your intervention. I am grateful to you from the bottom of my heart for helping me in the time. Although we don’t know each other before, you have dedicated more time and energy for your fellow brother, Thank you so much for it. Thank you so much sir. Thank you.

Team Aid, and especially Mohan, provided critical support during an incredibly difficult time. They guided us through every step of the process in the U.S. and assisted with the repatriation of the remains of our beloved family member. Their compassion, clarity, and timely help made an overwhelming situation more manageable, and we are deeply grateful for their presence and assistance.

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Mohan. He lifted a weight off my shoulders with his advice and guidance when my family and I planned to take my father’s ashes to India for his final resting place. His consistent kindness and patience in guiding me through the process, as well as following up to completion, was much appreciated during a hectic and stressful time. He made a somewhat complicated process simple and helped navigate each step of the way. For that I am extremely thankful and happy he was referred to me. Would 100% recommend his services to anyone in need.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Mohan for his unwavering support during the difficult time following the sudden passing of my friend, Saju Varghese. Despite our unfamiliarity with the procedures for repatriating the body to his home country, Kerala, Mr. Mohan guided and assisted us through the entire process. His assistance was invaluable, and his kindness made a very challenging time more manageable. I am especially grateful to Mohan and the entire Team Aid for their exceptional support. Thank you, Mohan, for being there when we needed it the most.

I am Anantha Krishna P Y resident of India. On 3-9-2025 my son SHUBHANGA who was studying at SUNY BUFFALO (M S Robotics) South Campus, demised at 88, Minnesota Avenue BUFFALO. Mr. Mohan from TEAMAID contacted us and voluntarily came forward to get my son’s Mortal Remains back to India. It was a herculian task and difficult for a person like me. I do not have any contact in USA or Passport. Mr. Mohan who coordinated with Consulate General Office( Indian Embassy) NewYork, University Suny Buffalo, Erie County Medical Center and Asian Indian Funeral Services in each and every process. Mr. Mohan who’s Dedicated work along with Mr. Sibu Nair(Buffalo) made it possible for me to get my son back in short notice. They may say they did nothing. As a Common man like me know that what they did. My heartfelt Gratitude to all of them and also pray the almighty give them strength to do Voluntary Humanitarian Service like this without any expectation.
