I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Mohan for his unwavering support during the difficult time following the sudden passing of my friend, Saju Varghese. Despite our unfamiliarity with the procedures for repatriating the body to his home country, Kerala, Mr. Mohan guided and assisted us through the entire process. His assistance was invaluable, and his kindness made a very challenging time more manageable. I am especially grateful to Mohan and the entire Team Aid for their exceptional support. Thank you, Mohan, for being there when we needed it the most.

I am Anantha Krishna P Y resident of India. On 3-9-2025 my son SHUBHANGA who was studying at SUNY BUFFALO (M S Robotics) South Campus, demised at 88, Minnesota Avenue BUFFALO. Mr. Mohan from TEAMAID contacted us and voluntarily came forward to get my son’s Mortal Remains back to India. It was a herculian task and difficult for a person like me. I do not have any contact in USA or Passport. Mr. Mohan who coordinated with Consulate General Office( Indian Embassy) NewYork, University Suny Buffalo, Erie County Medical Center and Asian Indian Funeral Services in each and every process. Mr. Mohan who’s Dedicated work along with Mr. Sibu Nair(Buffalo) made it possible for me to get my son back in short notice. They may say they did nothing. As a Common man like me know that what they did. My heartfelt Gratitude to all of them and also pray the almighty give them strength to do Voluntary Humanitarian Service like this without any expectation.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to TEAM Aid for the incredible support during the passing of my cousin. From the very first moment after the death, Mohan Nannapaneni from TeamAid responded immediately to my call and guided us through the entire process with immense care and attention.
My cousin expired in Maine, and after the autopsy, the funeral home there refused to do the embalming. However, Mohan took a stand and communicated with several funeral homes to get the embalming done. He then arranged a vehicle and a driver to transport the body to New Jersey, where it would be easier for all of our family members to visit and attend the funeral service. Throughout this difficult time, Mohan worked tirelessly and made sure every step was handled with professionalism and care.
Due to the contagious nature of the disease that caused her death, sending her body to India was not possible. Despite this, Mohan spoke with her parents, convinced them, and stood by us, arranging everything here in the USA, without us needing to spend a single penny. Although Mohan tried relentlessly to get the necessary non-contagious disease certificate for the body’s transfer, we unfortunately didn’t receive it as it is proved that the cause of the death is contageous, which prevented us from sending the body to India.
Mohan ensured that the funeral services were conducted in line with our religious practices. He even arranged for a priest to perform the rites. Mohan is also working on sending the ashes to India, which is a great comfort to us. Throughout this incredibly tough time, I felt helpless and low, but Mohan kept calling me, reassuring me, and constantly reminding me to stay strong. His support was unwavering, and he handled every step of the process while keeping me updated daily.
I will always remember Mohan and TeamAid for their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service. A huge thank you to Mohan, and special thanks to TeamAid for standing by us during such a difficult time.

Mohan from Boston provided us with timely support by visiting the hospital despite the snow, assisting with arrangements at the funeral home, and handling necessary hospital documentation. He patiently guided us through moments of uncertainty and remained incredibly helpful with follow-ups until we completed Sakshi’s funeral in Trichy, India. His support will be remembered for a lifetime. A heartfelt thank you to Mohan, Team Aid and its volunteers for their invaluable assistance—it is truly appreciated.
