I want to thank TEAM AID for helping us with my in-law’s funeral and cremation. At first, we had no idea what to do. Then, through Ratnakar anna, we connected with Mohan anna from the organization. Mohan anna was so kind and explained everything clearly—step by step, what we needed to do next, and all the details. His guidance made the whole process so much easier, and we could give my in-law a proper goodbye. This organization’s support means a lot, and we’re so grateful for their help during such a tough time.

My mother was here in US when she passed due to complications of cancer treatment. Her wish was to go to India alive or not. So, I as her kid wanted to fulfill her wish and take her home. My uncle contacted Mr. Mohan for arranging things related to her transport including taking her to the funeral home, getting the paperwork completed at the Embassy and getting everything arranged to finally fly her out as soon as possible. He patiently answered smallest of the questions I had about the process and what was needed to be done once my mother lands in India. With his help and time, the process was seamless in the midst of family dealing with emotional loss. I appreciate Mr. Mohan’s help and all he did to fulfill my mother’s wish and my wish to be home regardless of all the paperwork associated with the travel. If he is needed in the circumstances like this, I will certainly recommend Mr. Mohan for all the help one needs to fulfill the wishes of the one who’s left the earthly life.

Our father Mr Francis passed away unexpectedly on Jan 23rd in Atlanta, GA. We contacted Mohanji as my family and my friends didn’t have any previous experience handling such a situation. He guided us through every step in a very detailed manner. When we decided to take his remains back to India, Mohanji helped us connect with the shipping services, supervised all their paperwork, helped us through the consulate process, escalated as needed and ensured that the body of my father was shipped back to India promptly within a week. The entire process was seamless and he was still in contact till we received the body back in India. Extremely grateful to God for having sent Mohanji on time to help and guide us through our difficult times.

I heard about Team Aid from the hospital social worker after the passing of my brother. She gave me a number to call and when I did, I was connected with a funeral home in Issaquah. I called the funeral home and their team was so kind and helpful. They were able to repatriate my brother’s body back to Kenya in the shortest time possible.
Thank you so much Team Aid for your help and support and thank you for directing us to a good funeral home.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for all the support provided throughout this difficult time. From the very first day of the incident, your assistance has been invaluable. You have been there every step of the way—guiding us through the process, helping with the necessary formalities, and ensuring that everything was handled with care and respect. Your support extended from the initial reporting of the incident, to the cancellation of the passport, obtaining the No Objection Certificate (NOC), and ultimately arranging for the ashes to be taken back to India. Each of these steps required coordination, attention to detail, and compassion—and you provided all of that and more.
Thank you once again for your unwavering support and for standing with us during such a challenging period. Your efforts made a profound difference.
