I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team for the incredible support they provided after the fire accident. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, your kindness and quick response made a huge difference. A special thanks to Mohan Nannapaneni Sir who responded immediately without hesitation. He took the initiative to help us when we urgently needed it. He arranged essential items, including a kitchen setup, a laptop for our use, a mobile phone for one of our friends who had lost everything, and food to ensure we could get through the first few days after the incident. The entire team’s compassion, generosity, and willingness to help us recover during such a challenging situation will never be forgotten. Your support gave us hope and helped us begin rebuilding our lives after the fire. Thank you, Mohan Nannapaneni Sir and the entire team, for standing by us when we needed it the most. We are truly grateful for your kindness, generosity, and selfless service. — M.D

From the very first step — arranging to pick up his body from the hospital — through every stage of the process, all the way to the funeral and finally sending him home to India, one member of your team, Mohan Ji, stood by us with a level of care and dedication that went far beyond his role. What made the biggest difference was how he kept us informed at every single step. He never let us feel lost or alone in the process — he was constantly updating us, explaining what was happening, and making sure we understood and were comfortable with each decision. In a period filled with grief and uncertainty, that consistency and transparency brought us real peace of mind. He handled everything with such care, speed, and safety that it genuinely felt like we had a family member guiding us through it. That kind of compassion is rare, and it made an unbearably painful time just a little more bearable for our whole family. We are deeply grateful to him and to Team Aid for the professionalism and humanity shown throughout this process. With sincere thanks and appreciation. — Amandeep Singh

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to TeamAid and Mr. Mohan for their exceptional support during one of the most difficult times of our lives. Bringing our mother back from the United States to India was an emotional and complex process, but your team handled everything with professionalism, compassion, and care. From managing all the necessary paperwork to connecting us with a reliable and cost-efficient funeral home, every step was handled seamlessly. What truly stood out was your availability and responsiveness even during late hours when we reached out with questions, your team was always there to guide and reassure us. A very special thank you to Mr. Mohan, who went above and beyond to support us throughout this entire journey. His kindness, patience, and dedication made a huge difference for our family during such a difficult time. We are also very thankful to the local representative, Mr. Rai, for his assistance and coordination. Because of your efforts, we were able to bring our mother back to her homeland, where her final rites could be performed with dignity and respect. This means more to us than words can express. Thank you once again to TeamAid for your outstanding service, compassion, and support. We will always remain grateful ❤️🙏🏽 — Prabhjot Singh

My husband and I wouldn’t have been able to navigate this nightmare without the constant help, continuous support, care, and guidance bestowed by Mohan ji, and his team mates of Team Aid. We are still traumatized by the horrific nature of the incident where we lost my husband’s parents on our way to a vacation… However the immense kindness showed by Team Aid reinstated our faith in humanity. God bless all. With profound gratitude, — Bagisha, Sourav, and Family.

I don’t have the words to express the extraordinary effort undertaken by Mohanji and his organisation, or the incredible support I received during the most difficult time of my life. From coordinating the transfer of my mother’s body from the hospital morgue to the funeral home, handling all the federal and Indian Consulate documentation, arranging the airline transportation, and ensuring everything was received smoothly in India, every step was managed with exceptional care and professionalism. They made an incredibly overwhelming process feel effortless, allowing me to spend my time remembering my mother and cherishing the beautiful moments we shared, rather than worrying about logistics. No words are sufficient to thank Mohanji and his organisation. What they offer goes far beyond a service—it is genuine human kindness, compassion, and selfless support when it is needed most. Thank you a million times, Mohanji. I will remain forever grateful. I will think of you all whenever I think of my mother. — Ajit Panicker

When we lost Owais so suddenly and far from home, our family felt completely helpless — no relatives nearby, an ocean between us, and no idea where to even begin. TEAM Aid changed that from the very first call. Under Mohanji’s leadership, and with Dr. Naveen’s steady support throughout, they moved with a swiftness we didn’t think was possible — coordinating with the consulate, guiding us through every document, and never once making us feel like we were navigating this alone. What struck us most was their willingness — not once did we sense hesitation or a task being ‘too much.’ In the most painful days of our lives, TEAM Aid gave us back a sense of control, and brought Owais home to his family in Kerala. We will forever be grateful for what they do, quietly and selflessly, for families like ours. — Namith Najeeb
