“My friend’s father passed away suddenly. TEAM Aid has supported us in completing all the procedures in transporting him to India in a shorter duration from the date of the incident. Excellent coordination. Thanks to all the members who volunteered in supporting the family. You are awesome and inspirational to others.”

“My uncle passed away with a massive cardiac arrest. The family members wanted to send his body back to India but didn’t know anything about the process while the whole family was in a state of shock about the sudden demise. Was referred to Mohan Garu by my friend and the moment I called him, he was very helpful in guiding me through the entire process and put me on the call with the respective parties and made sure we were taken care of. He was never hesitant to give us any information possible whenever we called him. He was very patient and provided us with all the information in spite of the same questions being asked. My uncle’s body reached India a week after his death and his last rights were performed in his native. The family really had the satisfaction of performing his last rights there. Thank You very much TEAM Aid. It wouldn’t have been possible without your help.”

I want to thank TEAM Aid and the Funeral Home for helping Norma and her family. Her long illness and death devastated the family. They had limited financial resources and wanted to repatriate her to her home country, Peru for her final resting place. You made that happen for them and they will forever be grateful.

When my cousin passed away in the U.S. recently, Team AID was one of the first organizations to reach out to the family in India to offer their help and assistance. Their guidance was invaluable at such a difficult time, when the family was reeling under the shock of the loss of a loved one and wasn’t sure how to proceed. Team AID helped us understand some of the important procedures involved in getting the departed back to his home country and stayed available nearly 24/7 to answer our queries. They also gave us helpful suggestions and further contacts to plan related to the funeral rites. Eventually the family made funeral and other arrangements through help from close friends and relatives in the U.S. But TEAM Aid stayed in touch with us all throughout, offering their thoughtful suggestions and genuinely wanting to make sure that everything was going smoothly for the family. We are touched by this kind gesture and we are deeply grateful for all your help, guidance and assistance! Thank you so much!

My brother met with a fatal accident at Nashville. The family back in India was absolutely clueless about what had happened, the credibility of the news and the next steps. I would like to wholeheartedly appreciate and thank the services of TEAM Aid during these extremely difficult times for our family. TEAM Aid’s volunteers acted like our extended family, helped us and literally handheld us through every single process, from consoling the family, explaining the situation, following up with the funeral home and all the way to completion of repatriation. We cannot imagine what we would have done without them. I cannot thank enough TEAM Aid and the volunteers for their unconditional service. We are extremely grateful and indebted to TEAM Aid.

When the tragedy struck, we went through the initial sadness and shock before finding ourselves absolutely clueless about the next steps. My cousin was killed in a road accident in Nashville. It was Thanksgiving weekend. Without any workable flight options from Florida, we were all set to start driving. A friend called and told me about the TEAM aid. It was a godsend. Within minutes of contacting, Mohan from Teamaid got in touch with us and explained the whole repatriation process. TEAM Aid coordinators guided us through the initial paperwork, especially parental authorization. From that point onwards, Team aid took over and handled the entire process obtaining the necessary legal, medical, consulate approvals while constantly keeping us updated. The care and concern they showed felt like from an extended family. I can not even imagine how we could have dealt with such a painful situation without Teamaid’s help. No words can do justice to how thankful we felt.

“Dear TEAM Aid team,
We (me, my whole family and friends) owe you a big gratitude and thanks for all that you have been to us through the toughest time we ever had; thanking is never enough. Yes, while we were still in trauma and were still gathering our breath to come to terms with the fact that my father was no more when his presence was so palpable – there you were to help us the totally unimaginableunknown processes of everything around my father’s demise – you knew what we wanted to hear and what we were in need of(we didn’t know it really); we could not imagine what we could have done without your help. With the Thanksgiving holidays around – you were there for us anytime and for anything, we felt that we were never alone; so that we were able to grieve and think of my father; with all your help – he reached India on time and we could do all the rituals on time too. We couldn’t talk enough of you at home and with our friends and family as well. Thank you and God bless.”

“Team aid led by Mr.Mohan And Mr.Krishna helped us tremendously in bringing the mortal remains of my father in law back to India. Since the death was untimely, we needed an association that understands our need of the hour and the urgency. TEAM Aid volunteers were at their best when it came to the execution of the task. We express our deep gratitude to TEAM Aid for their help. The team responded very politely each time we approached them for a solution. We appreciate the effort.”

“My father met with a fatal road accident and lost his life in the hospital while fighting for his life. It was the most tragic incident that happened to me and I still can’t forget that to date. But after his death the last thing I wanted to take his body to India so that my relatives could see them for the final time, and I was looking for a good funeral service who could do that. I was unsure about the process, rules and approvals etc. to follow. But luckily, I got to know about Team Aid at that crucial juncture and contacted them. And I was so impressed with their service and professionalism and the way they did it so quickly and within a week’s span without my involvement was really top-notch. Once I gave them my approval my part was over, and they took the rest and starting from taking the body from the morgue to ensure all the certification and approval and finally they sent the body to India at the right time.”

“I am very Thankful to Madhu, Mohan, and Prasad for guiding me in a panic situation where I had to travel to India in Emergency and realized my passport expired. They gave me a lot of moral support and guided me through the process to obtain an Emergency certificate that I could use to travel. Without their help, I would not have traveled on time to support my family in India during difficult times. My sincere Thanks to them for all the help. They were supportive of each step and ensured I am taken care of. Thanks Again TEAM Aid.”
