It was tragic that our friend Palani met with a drowning accident. We and anyone we knew had never faced similar situations and were unsure how to proceed. Mohan Garu assisted us and explained the process. He was with us for the entire process. There was consistent follow-up and support. We lost our dear friend to a sudden cardiac arrest. The whole family and friends were devastated with this big loss. On behalf of the late pastor Cecilia Wamuyu Murage’s family, we would like to express our gratitude to Team Aid as a whole for helping us send the mother back to Kenya. When the incident occurred, we were clueless. We took help of FETNA who recommended Teamaid and introduced Mohanji. As soon as he got engaged, there was no stopping. We had a clear step by step process, documentation requirements and Mohanji was accessible 24×7. We could turnaround quickly and on the 3rd day we had all documents available and booking made through funeral home to transport the remains to India.
