After the sudden untimely demise of my beloved father-in-law at our residence, we were scrambling for help. Despite being in the Bay Area with umpteen friends and family, this sudden incident caught us all off guard and we were really worried as to how things would proceed. That’s when Team Aid came to the rescue like a godsend. Right from the first call, Mohan put us at ease and treated us with the same dignity and care as would a family member. They knew all the right things to say and all the right things to do. And they guided us patiently through the whole ordeal. If it were not for them, we don’t know how things would have unfolded. But thanks to their help and assistance, we were able to expedite and finish all the formalities and get his body transported back to India within a week so as to complete his final rites there.
