My first outreach to TeamAid was at 6am central time. It was a cry, an outreach for help during extreme and dire circumstances. My aunt who was visiting my cousin had passed away due to a car accident. I was lost. Had no clue on how to manage many difficult fronts I had infront of me. The soothing and experienced voice from Mohan Ji was a light and calm in rough waters of my head. He talked about almost all the processes that I had to take care of confidently laying out how over the next several days things and (rituals, legal, official, immigration) processes had to be taken care of. He took ownership of tasks and made himself available for me at all hours. And I know this is not all he does. So it was very heartening to see someone work so hard for helping people under such extreme circumstances. Thank you Mohan ji and Team aid for everything.
