We extend our deepest thanks to Mohan and the entire TEAM Aid team for their remarkable compassion and tireless efforts in helping us bring our beloved brother back home India during one of the most painful chapters of our lives. Even over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, when many might have stepped back, they remained fully committed, working around the clock to overcome bureaucratic hurdles, coordinate with airlines, authorities, and all necessary parties, and ensure every detail was handled with the utmost care and respect. Their expertise in navigating these intricate international processes gave our family the strength and solace we so desperately needed in our grief. We are forever grateful for their selfless dedication and will carry the memory of their kindness with us always. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I live in Singapore. My father’s friend son committed suicide in USA. I got a call from my father that we need help as we don’t know anything other than the boy died and body is at the hospital. Immediately I contacted my friends who are in USA. They immediately responded and contacted Team Aid. Team Aid responded quickly and provided all the help to the deceased brother who is also currently staying in another state in USA.

My brother passed away and we had no clue how to take him to India. We got in touch with Mohan through a friend. Mohan was a god send. He explained us the process and showed sympathy. He held our hand in the most difficult time. He was prompt at responding our never ending questions. He extended his help at every step and showed us the path when we felt baffled. God bless this gentleman for the noble work he is doing for the families.

TeamAID,
I would like to sincerely thank Mohan and the entire team for the incredible support you provided during the most painful time of our lives. I am Arun’s mother’s younger brother, and I was in Canada while everything was happening. Being far away made it even more difficult, but Mohan and his team handled every step with professionalism, compassion, and care.
From coordinating the process in California to ensuring my nephew’s body was safely transported to Chennai, your team managed everything with clarity and dedication. In a time filled with shock and grief, your guidance brought us comfort and strength.
Our family will always be grateful for the respect and care you showed Arun. Thank you for standing with us and helping bring him home.
With heartfelt gratitude,

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Mohan garu, Lakshmikanth garu, and the entire TeamAid family.
They supported us at every single step in bringing my brother‑in‑law’s mortal remains back to India. Despite the severe ice storm in Dallas—which caused significant delays in obtaining the necessary paperwork—TeamAid stood by us without hesitation.
We initially approached a local funeral home in Austin, but they estimated a 10‑day timeframe and the costs were extremely high. Through a family friend, we reached out to Mohan garu, who immediately stepped in and helped expedite the entire process. Thanks to TeamAid’s guidance and relentless efforts, we were able to complete all formalities and reach India on time.
Without TeamAid’s support, this would have been an overwhelming and difficult journey. Both families are profoundly grateful. Despite their own busy lives and schedules, the volunteers worked tirelessly and selflessly to help us during our most challenging moment.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, TeamAid.
