When my father-in-law Dr. Sukumaran passed away on Nov 7 here in the US, I was at total shock and clueless how to take him back to India since he got so many relatives waiting for us. I was assisted by Mohan in the overall process of shipping my Dad’s remains from Seattle to Bombay. He made sure that all the process is thoroughly understood by explaining it to me before the process started. His proactive approach made sure that there was not a lot of work to be done on my and my family’s end apart from signing the required papers. There was a time when the process was going to go off track, causing a two day delay in the shipping. However, Mohan coordinated with the skycargo team and made sure we had the right contact to expedite the process. He also simultaneously assured me and my family to not panic which helped a lot.
