I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire TeamAid team and volunteers especially Mohan Nannapaneni Garu for their professionalism and compassion in handling the process of shipping my father’s remains from USA to the INDIA. During such a difficult time, your team provided not just a service, but also comfort and support, making the emotional process as smooth as possible.
From the initial contact to the final arrangements, every step was handled with the utmost care and respect. Your attention to detail, clear communication, and willingness to accommodate our needs were truly appreciated. The logistical complexities involved were managed seamlessly, ensuring that everything was done according to regulations and our family’s wishes.
I am incredibly grateful for the SEVA BHAVA sensitivity and efficiency with which you carried out this challenging task. Your commitment to ensuring everything was in order gave our family the peace of mind we needed during this difficult time.
Thank you once again for your exceptional service.

Team Aid has been an extraordinary blessing during a very challenging time. I was deeply traumatized and uncertain about how to proceed, but their intervention was swift and compassionate. From the moment they arrived, they offered heartfelt condolences and unwavering support. They took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and kept in touch consistently to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their dedication and assistance were invaluable, providing help in every conceivable way until the body was successfully repatriated to the home country. Their professionalism and empathy made a significant difference during this difficult period.
Thanks so much and god bless you and your families.

At a time when we lost a close family member from our life , we were completely devastated and didn’t know what’s to be done. In such a situation, when we get support from unexpected quarters , it really brings a feeling of godliness. TEAM Aid was no less than god for us, the way we were guided through the process. Handholding for us means TEAM Aid. While TEAM Aid did what was required to be done, we were able to spend time with our family members who needed strength to face the world without the presence of a lost soul from our family .
We can’t express in words how grateful we feel for all the support extended to us by the TEAM Aid.
A special place Mr. Mohan Nannapaneni has in our lives now.
Service being provided to the community at a time of distress is surely a lifetime worth remembrance. Thank u for being a part of our lives at a time when we needed the most.
And Mr. Ramkrishna Kasaria also who worked through the weekend.

First of all, this is an amazing service that is being provided to those affected. Mohan and his team kept us informed in the process, set expectations on completion and diligently worked on ensuring the right documentation was being prepared with the right authorities. Their experience in handling the situation was just great, since these are situations that you don’t either plan or train for.

It was great support in difficult times. Family wish to send body to India for final rituals. Mohan Nannapaneni assisted end to end process starting from hospital to Vijayawada (India). I personally worked with victim’s family and extended family in India. Incredible service from team aid for their time and help. It inspired me to join in team aid. Thanks Mohan and Venkat Kommineni for their seamless services. Very much appreciated on behalf of the India community in Arizona.

My Mother-in-law who was visiting us from India had an unfortunate fatal accident in a lake. We were struggling to deal with the Placer county coroner’s office who was citing that it could take as much as 8 days to release her remains to us. We got Mr. Mohan’s contact through a mutual friend and he straight away jumped into the case and helped us to be able to get an update from the coroner’s office next day morning that they can release her by the noon. He also helped us to find a funeral home who was very accommodating to our requests to transport her remains down to the bay area the same day so that we could perform the funeral rites next day afternoon.
It is one of the times people don’t plan for. But the experience we had with Mr. Mohan to assist us through every step of the process like a family member is commendable. Our family is very grateful for you and your team’s help.
