I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude to Team Aid. Our company faced a deeply challenging situation when an employees passed away suddenly in the United States. We needed help in obtaining the necessary paperwork to repatriate his remains back to his family in India. In such a devastating time, TEAM Aid stepped in as a pillar of support, helping us navigate the complexities of repatriating their mortal remains to India.
From the outset, Mohan Nannapaneni demonstrated remarkable professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. He guided us through every step of the process, from obtaining the necessary documentation to coordinating with local authorities and airlines. Their expertise in handling sensitive situations was evident, as they managed the entire process with the utmost respect and dignity.
What truly stood out was their constant communication and reassurance. In moments of uncertainty, Mohan was always available, offering clarity and compassion. Their ability to navigate cultural and bureaucratic challenges was invaluable, ensuring that our employees’ families could perform last rites in their homeland without unnecessary delays.
Team Aid not only eased the logistical burden but also provided emotional support, reminding us of the profound impact that selfless organizations can have during times of crisis. I am deeply grateful for their assistance and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone in need of such critical support.

TEAM Aid, specifically Mohan Nannapaneni have been phenomenal in assisting us through the most difficult, challenging and unseen circumstances we were put in the complicated US bureaucratic and administrative system when our friend passed away tragically due to a car accident. The deceased’s parents were on visitors visa and visiting US when they tragically lost their only daughter and had no clue how to navigate through the US system. Team aid came to our rescue and did the unexpected to take us through this difficult time taking care of everything, where we grieve in peace while team aid took the responsibility of navigating through including cremation, funeral home services, financial assistance and everything related. We can vouch for team aid and its volunteers for the immense community commitment. Thanks everyone who were working from behind in the organization to make this possible for us.

Manoj and Anil Potluri from TEAM aid were super helpful in walking me through the entire process, steps to take, what to expect, recommendations for funeral homes, Pujari, costs, etc.
They are very knowledgeable and were always prompt in responding to my questions as I tried to navigate through this tough time. My sincere thanks for their guidance and help.

My first outreach to TeamAid was at 6am central time. It was a cry, an outreach for help during extreme and dire circumstances. My aunt who was visiting my cousin had passed away due to a car accident. I was lost. Had no clue on how to manage many difficult fronts I had infront of me. The soothing and experienced voice from Mohan Ji was a light and calm in rough waters of my head. He talked about almost all the processes that I had to take care of confidently laying out how over the next several days things and (rituals, legal, official, immigration) processes had to be taken care of. He took ownership of tasks and made himself available for me at all hours. And I know this is not all he does. So it was very heartening to see someone work so hard for helping people under such extreme circumstances.
Thank you Mohan ji and Team aid for everything. I am grateful for your support.
