Our family is extremely grateful to Mohan garu and his team for the outstanding effort and support they have provided in bringing my dad’s body from the USA to India. The way they handled each and every step of the process from the documentation to communicating with the family speaks volumes on how well this organization is dedicated to helping families in a dire situation. We could not have done anything without their help and don’t have enough words to express our deepest gratitude to the entire team. Due to their relentless efforts, our family in India was able to view my father one last time. Thank you very much Mohan garu and TEAMAid for your efforts, dedication and care you put into gently closing this chapter of our lives.

Eternal Gratitude to TeamAid and Mr. Mohan – Compassion in Our Darkest Hour
We are profoundly grateful to TeamAid for the exceptional support our family received after the tragic loss of my cousin—a student—who was involved in an accident while in Missouri. Being unfamiliar with the repatriation process, we were overwhelmed. But TeamAid stepped in and carried us through every step with grace and compassion.
From the beginning, Mr. Mohan was our guiding light. He handled all the critical arrangements with care, empathy, and professionalism:
Coordinating the death certificate and embalming in Missouri
Arranging all required documentation for transportation and consular processes
Organizing the international cargo logistics with complete attention to detail
Keeping our family informed and supported throughout the process
What touched us most was how Mr. Mohan and his team treated us—not just as a case, but as family. Their Patience, kindness and tireless efforts ensured that my cousin’s body was brought back to India with dignity and respect.
Thanks to TeamAid, we were able to perform his final rites in our homeland, surrounded by loved ones. During a time of profound sorrow, TeamAid brought us peace and clarity when we needed it the most.
Thank you, Mr. Mohan, and everyone at TeamAid. God bless your group for the noble work you do. Your selfless service and humanity will always be remembered by our family.
With heartfelt gratitude,

We were in deep shock when we learned that our dear colleague, whom we had seen on Friday night and even spoken to on Saturday morning, was found deceased on Monday evening during a welfare check conducted since he was not responding to calls. With his family back in India and no other relatives in the US, we, his colleagues, were at a complete loss about what to do next.
At that critical moment, Mohan stepped in to help. He called us late that evening, explained all the necessary procedures, and patiently responded to our countless questions and concerns over the following days. He took the lead in coordinating the process of transporting our colleague’s mortal remains from Atlanta, Georgia to Trivandrum, Kerala, India. He not only coordinated the process with us but reached out to the airline station lead, funeral homes, Consular General, and others to make sure that everything is in order.
Even when we encountered unexpected delays due to the autopsy process and when the local funeral home’s morgue vendor became unresponsive, Mohan intervened and did everything possible to fast-track the arrangements. Thanks to his relentless efforts and dedication, within just five days, our colleague’s mortal remains were on a flight back to his family in India.
People like Team Aid really make a difference to the world. Thank you for ensuring everything with such empathy, compassion, and professionalism.
