A single mother was visiting her daughter, who is an international student, and was found unconscious. Despite of CPR performed by the EMS team, she could not survive a heart attack. TEAM Aid helped this student, by coordinating and funding her mother’s funeral services.

Soon after he was pronounced dead. TEAM Aid is transporting his remains to Prakasam district in Andhra Pradesh, India

A 24-year-old Graduate student along with a few friends went boating. When the boat got stuck at the beach two of them got into the water assuming it was shallow, unfortunately, one of them drowned and could not be found immediately. He was found the next day by the coast guards. TEAM Aid is working closely with the Indian Embassy in transporting him to his hometown Vemulawada, in Telangana State, India.

My mother had a massive heart attack last month where her heart stopped for a few minutes. The EMT was able to revive her back with shock treatment and get her required medical assistance. She has been discharged now and is on lifevest. We purchased proper medical insurance for her before her travel but the insurance company declined all claims stating her pre-existing condition. I am in a critical situation trying to support her ongoing medical needs as well as trying to sort the hospital payments incurred. Any help from the team would be helpful.
